Well done all.

Had about 2 hours of sleep last night. Cold + tooth ache kept me up all night. Glad that I actually got on my bike and raced to brick lane instead of turning on another side and sleep in. We started at about 9:30 and were in Cambridge at 5. Only 4 hours of that time we cycled. Don't think I've got rid of my cold, but toothache is no more.

Somebody has sent me a text saying "I will be at your flat at 8.45 to give you the money for that sleeve"
- Who?
- What money?
- What sleeve?!
- 8.45am or 8.45pm? I'm not really sure I'm down with either
- I don't understand :(
- Who?

First of all thank you Bernie for taking care of me! You are my hero! Secondly i know I'll never go again for a ride with one lung and no nose! Any way I just want to say sorry for dragging behind like a smelly fart for the whole journey...I feel terrible about it. I seriously dont know how I managed to finish this ride...I'm stupid, I should've stayed in bed but I just really didn't want to feel like I'm missing out on something as awesome as riding with you guys! Thanks everybody!!!!!

Nice to see a few of you at the tea stop at High Beach heading out on you ride whilst we (CCH) were heading home...man it was cold and that fog was weird. Hope you all got home safe!

Thanks all - but particularly Laner, Bernie and (in his absence) Skive for making today's ride work so well. We were hopelessly late getting into Cambridge but that did not detract from the ride at all. That southern approach to Cambridge along the DNA path and the guided bus route is quite surrela. I was sorry to have to split at the station but there was a chicken with roast potatoes and a whole family waiting for me in Forest Hill.

boom! lovely ride, crisp weather, good company - old and new faces. loved the final section to cambridge and the first bit of nature at epping forest. loved the chain gang after lunch - good work all round.
good lead michael, good sweeping bernie, good effort those who were out of their comfort zone due to illness or lack of practice, and good route papa skive!
