you can't ride at the back of the pack in case you fall off and no-one notices.

BBC currently saying light rainshowers in Ldn, no rain in Brighton. so you'll get more wet if you don't come on the ride!
Better reason than any to go.
-
• #232
Sorry if you've mentioned it, but swing by Preston Park and say hello to the polo massive at the tournament tomorrow.
Have a great ride, would love to join you but I'll be on 42gi tomorrow. -

Sorry girls, I'm out, forgot about a massage I've got booked on Sunday, and we need to replace the dead plants in the window boxed. FFFFFUUUUUUUUU.
-
• #234
I'll give you a massage. Also, fuck the flowers. Problem solved.
-
• #235
Too many appearances of the words I'll, fuck, massage and you in that post for me.
-
• #236
Hey! Flowers was in there too. I thought people like flowers?

Hope I can keep up, bit unfit at the moment.

My new t-shirt arrived this morning. STOKED about wearing it tomorrow.
-
• #240
^completely unrelated.
-
• #241
No way. I've been planning my outfit for this ride for MONTHS.
-
• #242
hate to be the bearer of bad news but I just checked and there's engineering works between haywards heath and brighton tomorrow so bus replacement service is running instead of trains i.e. no bikes.
-
• #243
Saw this too. Combined with the lateish start and promising to be home to put little ones to bed means I'm out :-(
-
• #244
would appear only option would be to ride the 14.6 miles to haywards heath and hop on the train from there.
-
• #245
Its only about 15mi from Brighton to Haywards Heath on B roads I think. I'm too drunk to plan though (neighbours forced me to drink at gun point)...what do people think?
Doesn't sounds like an unbeatable problem to me...I think I'd be ok to ride back over the beacon/dyke to haywards...
-
• #246
Might even be tempted to ride all the way back.
Unemployed reporting in.
-
• #247
Has anybody got Skive's number? we need to reach an executive decision before people flounce left right and centre. This is not insurmountable...
-
• #248
I vote we sleep on the beach and go back monday morning when there's no engineering works
/best idea ever
-
• #249
Scoot...I love your style.
If we are doing there and back I might ride geared.
-
• #250
But don't worry, crotchless bib shorts will be worn regardless.
draft me? HA!
