Still got tomorrow to find out. I clearly don't have the skills for some things. Maybe I should stick to riding in circles.

While you were all at the track today, I got through my first pilates session.
I think I am physically unscathed but I will have a lasting mental image of some of the weird things they made me do :$I need to do this too, where did you go, Mike?

I should be there Sunday.

Is it dry on that side of London? Do I bother driving to the track or do I go out on the road?

It's just started raining here, about 5 miles south east of Herne Hill.

Thanks Andy, I was in my car ready to head off when I read that. Went for a nice ride in Essex instead and got thoroughly soaked, but in a good way.

Mrs Slain and I took our bikes down to the market for a bit of shopping and a coffee, seemed pleasant enough when we left our gaff but got soaked on the way back... Nice day for staying in and putting your feet up... Tho' the sun's just reared its head in Herne Hill... Typical...

Was fun today. I wish I'd made better use of having the track to myself when I did.
I was on 48x16 and felt massively under-geared. But no harm done.

Can't wait! But unfortunately I'm gonna av to. mothers day, then omniums, then back to Scotland for uni exams.
Enjoy it while you can. Been coming up with some wierd and wonderful/painful training exercises to try out. Will try to test them out on the kids on a friday nigt first. Hopefully none of em will be as wierd as when all the riders had to make the shape that someones 5year old daughter drew on a pad of paper!

^ I liked that excercise.
Not quite as wierd as when we rode around holding hands, hugging and headbutting each other.
I've got a road race this Sunday so will have to miss out, but looking forward to the week after.
