2011 Herne Hill Sunday Training

You guys looked like you were having a great time out there today, great watching you.

Were you one of the film crew people?

What were you/they filming?

People on bikes?

More specifically a person on a fixed street bike* with messenger bag and all the accessories.

I wondered if there was a story line. Sort of like the Victoria Pendleton gatorade advert.

Yeah, it's a film about muffin delivery I believe.

^ In a nutshell yes a film about muffins. My mate is really itching to try the real thing now.

Muffins?

You could have at least brought some.

The weather looks iffy, fingers crossed.

Looks a bit rubbish, might go down Sat instead.

While you were all at the track today, I got through my first pilates session.
I think I am physically unscathed but I will have a lasting mental image of some of the weird things they made me do :$
