I'll be doing a 50 mile circuit of Eastbourne tomorrow if anyone is down this way?

Weather is shithouse where I am. Got out for 60 miles today during a brief respite from the rain and rode through about 15 floods. Almost BB deep in places. So not very likely to get this done, looking at the forecast

That looks quite a-road intensive but I have been smashing some a roads recently to good effect. Have you done it before? Unless you want to do it in reverse I'm not sure I'll be able to make it to eastbourne in time for you. Could easily meet at heathfield. I will seek permission from family first, however...

I'd far prefer lanes, to be honest- really not a big A-road fan.

I did this last year a couple of times, it was ok but very much open to suggestions.

That photo was taken up near an old military bunker. That road is indeed suspect but the rest of the roads on the island are spectacular.

Fantastic roads, atrocious car/ coach/ van drivers

The worst culprits being hire cars being driven on the wrong side of the road

Not at this time of year. Almost no vehicles on the roads.

EDIT: No buses to Sa Calobra either.
