Walking dead is amazing, I wish Hulu would carry it so I didn't have to fuck with TV Duck or torrents

I really enjoyed the first feature length episode. There seems to be quite a big budget for this. Really impressed with the story as well. I have to admit from first hearing about it I thought it looked like another 28 days but It's so much different. Really didn't expect that to happen to his horse though!
Agreed especially about the horse, the missus was a little traumatised by that

Yep theres a huge add on game mode where your locked in different environments fighting off hordes of zombies, so much fun!

So was mine, kind of weird to see that on TV to be honest. I somehow had it in my head that he would keep with the horse for a long time - needs no fuel and can run away quite easily.

My brother pre-ordered the game solely for the zombies.. Apparently you can take control of JFK, Nixon, Castro and kill capitalist/communist zombie hordes.

Off the top of my head I can't remember a zombie film where animals were eaten.. you know there's always dogs around etc

In Resident evil there are lots of undead animals... Presuming they couldve been munched on by the unholy at some point. -

I think though that was a nice twist. Its more a pure hunger than just for human flesh which i dont think any form of zombie should be able to differenciate. -

Just watched the second episode. It was balls. How did such a promising first episode go to this? The acting was awful, the dialogue rank. Worst of all it was just boring.
It wasn't even scary. Oh well. At least the comics are good.

I agree that the acting wasn't great in the second episode but I remember when I first watched the wire I didn't think the acting was up to much either (takes a few episodes to get into but so ridiculously worth it imho)

Except you forget to say that this is actually a beautiful love film about devotion and finally the consumption of passion.
"mein Gabbi!"

Is T-Dog from The Walking Dead meant to be Tyreese from the comic?
I bloody hope not...That kinda ruined it a little bit if it is.

Just found out the second episode didn't have the same director. That explains a lot. Still confused to why they deviated from the comic so much. I'll probably check out one of the later episodes, but hopes are low.
But fuck it. Misfits is back on, and that's amazing.

I expect they deviated to add a load more folk who can be killed off, have mental breakdowns and just drive the story forward faster.
Comics are great tho, hoping for better from the series but so far it's ok

I didn't think that the second episode was too bad. It did lack something that the first one did but can't quite think what. Still looking forward to watching more of it though.

Also in more talk of zombies,
Did anyone catch that zombie program on national geographic Friday night? I saw it advertised during the break on The Walking Dead but couldn't record it.

The walking dead tv shows seems a lot slower than the comic i guess so it drags it out longer, and having a difference mean the comic fans won't get bored. im warming up to it after watching the third episode.

third episode was alright but again some of the peripheral acting was weak.. They're pacing it a bit but I guess they have to leave each episode on a bit of a cliff-hanger in the early days to keep people watching..
P.S. COD - Black Ops is out which means more zombie killing!!
