It is, for the first two hours!

doing a day or two at trade shows is a good laugh, doing all 4 would be a bit much, i'd imagine.
VB, take a tip from a stand i visited at a show earlier this year - hand out tequila shots ( in LGFSS branded shot glasses possibly) to interested parties. it won't cost much and creates a good buzz around the show.

I like the coffee machine idea best!
-
• #155
ok, coffee machine is a good idea.
but, you make it known that on request, under the counter, you can ask for a 'special coffee' : half whisky, half whisky.
served secretly in an espresso cup.

And curry.
Half chips-half rice on special request
-
• #157
and a big jar of pickled eggs on the counter.
and VB in a greasy white apron

Sounds like a good idea to me David. Maybe have a track stand comp or similar. That might draw a few people in. Would we able to have a couple of bikes there too.

...so, what you're saying is, we shouldn't have to tell people what LFGSS is all about. They should find out for themselves by utfs/jfgi?

People are often forum inclined without knowing it. If the idea never occurs to them, of course they're not going to search it up.

Wouldn't do locks that work it would be a pain to get permission to use trade names and theb if they fail could be open to being sued more important would be ways to lock a bike.
Will pop by and laugh as I 'think' i'll be there naval gazing.

coffee and forum baked cakes?
I have to do a trade show every year - it fucking kills me. It is enough of a reason for me to look for another job. But then I hate the subject matter - Cycle Show would at least be interesting.
