Someone doxxing someone else on here:

I mean, the guy may be objectionable, but doesn't sit right, with me at least, to do this.

Just a pure cut and paste from the newspaper article though?

• #19708
It's not an exact address though - if I go out of my front door, turn right and walk for 2 minutes I'm on Manor road but I'm not sure I could find his home.

Agreed. You could ask yourself the question: what’s the goal of (re)posting this information, if not for nefarious reasons?

Anytime I use train WiFi, I get this message :
You do not have access to http://www.lfgss.com.
The site owner may have set restrictions that prevent you from accessing the site.Any idea why? It’s not the worst hardship I’ll ever face, just unusual that every other site works ok.

I had the same on Sunday when previously Lufgus worked fine. I wondered if it was due to the recent issues with microcosm.app.

I’ve also had this a few times on hotel Wi-Fi, I assumed it was because I’m in Colombia and maybe there had been some kind of spam originating from here.

There was a change made at some point last month around the discussion of the site being used to train ML models (a la Bard and ChatGPT), at the same the site went mostly private to non-logged in users. I think the aim was to block most of the automated bots and crawlers out there, and many of the “free” WiFi in hotels/trains has sniffers to monitor traffic and so fell foul of the new rules.

Edit: Ah, same bot. Why is default username not the same number as the sequential profile number?
