-
• #6278

Their tiny frame have a very steep seat tube, also they're not keen on releasing their geometry spec for you to look at sadly (BJ).
-
• #6280
the vigorelli fits my great though?
-
• #6281
You should let other people judge how great thy though is.
-
• #6282
I forget you have a BJ, the gel of the Talbot made it look smaller than it is.
I spend a long time finding an idea small frames in the past hench why, if your current BJ fit you like a glove, then the audax model will (base on my Dad's Vigorelli and Audax).

This is pretty fucking awesome;
-
• #6284
such potential

• #6285
I'm thinking of a massive framebag, but wondering how it'll handle with a crosswind...
-
• #6286
you could probably get a whole bike bag in there!
-
• #6287
^^ tacking skills required
-
• #6288
Put a hammock in there, maybe a little portable tv and a dynamo powered fridge!
-
• #6289
Such trackstand?
-
• #6290
Just bought a rear rack from Wilko for a tenner.
It feels pretty solid - will report back when I've covered some miles.
-
• #6291
This is now for sale - it's served it's purpose of getting me from San Francisco to Los Angeles, thought I'd put it up here before I put it up in classifieds. A great ride. Comes as seen along with the addition of a Tortec Ultralite rack. The front rack is a Tubus Tara. I'd want around £450 for it complete.
Full specs are here:
http://www.lfgss.com/thread104309.html
The finishing kit has changed to a Bontrager stem and a 3t inline post and as saddles are so personal it wouldn't include one. Though I can include a Brooks C17 for an additional £70 or a fairly heavily used Fizik Antares VS for £25… PM me if you're remotely interested in the bike or anything on it.

I do miss that bike, but gotta wait for V2 to arrived first (ironically with Sora component again).
-
• #6293
such potential

may be interested in wheels if you fancy splitting
-
• #6296
If I split I'd probably keep the wheels for the ECR in case I ever want something lighter than the Rabbit Holes/second wheels with Big Apple's.
Oliver, if you want to speak about it, we can work something out as you're a good egg. There's nothing wrong with the bike, but I want to off road tour from now on (didn't really enjoy my on road tour) - hence the sale. I'll be putting the money towards a fast road bike as I miss being able to ride quickly.
-
• #6297
I'd take the Tara too.
-
• #6298
will you just have a brompton and the ecr then JB ?
-
• #6299
For a short time period, yes - until I can afford a Canyon/CAAD10 or something similar.
-
• #6300
brompton 70 milers ahoy.
Kirth have it last, he's in SF.
