I've been using Indian curd-cheese on the back of my bike since seeing that video and it's a real gamechanger.

To me, he looks more decent than functional.

With summer approaching I'm thinking about a new touring bike.
I'll be on roads 90% of the time but would like it to handle the odd bit of bridal path, tow path etc.
Only using it for going away for 2-3 nights at a time so doesn't have to carry very much but I want it to be fun/fast to ride. Thinking front lowrider rack and saddle bag as I already own theses.
Not sure about OTP or building something up from scratch. I quite like the Salsa Vaya but not it's OTP spec.
Any suggestions?

Yeah. What Ed said. Then again, I did buy his. But it's been fantastic so far. A bit more competitively priced than a Vaya too.
