As has been much repeated, its the standard angle for brooks. If only you'd open your anus to the comfort of leather young jibbles.
I know spotter, just trolling you. I am think of getting a C17, or a B17. My mind has not yet been made.

C17 < Kurve
since the money is the same; you might as well save some weight (if it matters) and put a modern saddle on a modern bike
And since you are a prolly fan: http://prollyisnotprobably.com/2012/11/beautiful-bicycle-my-argonaut-road/#27

I take your Prolly, and raise you a Prolly. http://prollyisnotprobably.com/2013/11/product-review-brooks-cambium-c17-saddle/
C17 would look better on the Genesis IMO. And it's less fragile. Scoble, how are you finding the C17 so far?
-
• #5435
C17 is £100, Kurve a hella more than that, don't tell porkie uh may.
Not ridden it yet let alone paid for it, will try it on the Genesis Flyer soon.

Coming upgrades will be:
- compressionless outter between the levers and twin v
- Surly disc trucker forks
- new garmin mount
- rear mudflap
- new big ring as i've shark toothed the current one
- possibly 28c tyres
Out of interest, why the change of fork?

product review innit; not on his own bike.
eBay (and bikeradar) is filled with used Kurves; last one I got I paid £70
Since you are already finding antares comfortable Kurve Chameleon will be better choice over C17 as you wont change the shape of saddle but just introduce flex to it.

Why don't all tourers use them then? Err the Pugsley is his bike

JB, once I paid for the C17, I'll lend it to you to try it out, you can try the Kurve from Condor as well.

Do you def want steel forks? A pair of these: http://www.nashbar.com/bikes/Product_10053_10052_175019_-1
With disc mounts, mudguard mounts and canti mounts would do the trick - mount a rack to the canti mounts and run your discs and guards as usual.
If you want to see how you get on, a cheap rack from sjs would get you started:

http://store.velo-orange.com/index.php/vo-pass-hunter-rack.htmlI'll be sticking with steel, hence me getting the disc trucker forks. There are plenty of racks I can use without canti-eyelets

An interesting rack free handlebar bag:

I'm not sure about the straps round the fork legs, but it is a nice little design.
