I think Giant built something similar for Voss or Ten Dam or somebody. Or I made that up.

No. I think it was a 29er with flared drops.
There is a mass start race NW of Den Hague each year, i think it was for that.

I can't really work out what that GT is for. CX for someone with a bad back?

Me neither. Gearing's too low for cross, but the tyres are too skinny for the mountains :-/

Anyone want some unused 35mm Longboards for £25 quid delivered anywhere in zones 1-2? I believe that's £5 cheaper than anywhere you'll find online.

What!? Thats the 2nd pair you've done away with, are you not using them at all?
-

Hahaha, na the first were chromoplastics. No, they're too skinny for the Genesis. I got them for the Surly, which could fit max 28c with guards. But as the Genesis can fit 32c with guards, I am being a massive copycat and getting some Berthoud's.

Is durability the main reason for xc/mtb cranks over road?

Smaller rings innit.
-
• #5471
I think that traditionally it was because of the wider gearing options.
-
• #5473
Bet you the GP will put clip-on MTB mudguard on.
-
• #5474
