  • I bonked on the commute home yesterday and ate an entire bag of Sainsbury flapjacks.

    I bonked loads of people on my commute home last night and then ate an entire Sainsburys.

  • Some evil bastard has baked delicious flapjacks and left them in my kitchen, which means every meal begins and ends with a flapjack.

  • no chance, hats is now my race-nemesis. I'll be doing my solid best to mess up her training so I can beat her.

    I'm not going divulge my full plan but hats is going to encounter lots of packs of owl-shaped biscuits left unattended between now and april.

    And what's happened to my weight?!

    Stressful new job has led to a couple of midweek pints, which has lead to a few on thursday, friday, saturday and sunday, and all of a sudden I'm nearly 75kg.

    Do not want, having a couple of weeks off the booze untill I go on holiday at the end of the month, and then will try to be booze free untill xmas.

  • I got down to 75.8 a couple of days ago, but a difficult encounter with a ginger and toffee pudding saw me at 76.9 this morning.

    I would expect to get back to around 76 shortly however.

    Pushing down through the 76 barrier to consistent 75.x weigh-ins is proving hard.

  • Was 105KG at beginning of the month but am down to 101.6kg today would like to get under the 100kg mark by the end of the month.

    Lowest weight I got to last time I lost weight was 86kg 3 years ago so would like to be at least there by the london marathon next year. with the running I reckon it should be doable.

  • Are you still doing the weights? How are you finding it? I guess if your still going its getting hard now.
