I now have veins showing at the level of my hips and the top row of a six pack, now I just need to get rid of the bit in the middle and I'll be over the moon...
I think this is probably over 5kg loss away if it goes equally across the body - question is can I be bothered...
Think I need to hit you tube for more fake motivational videos...

2.5 KG of protein shake on the way. Wondering if I can use these as a meal replacement since I'm happy with the (albeit small) meals I'm eating at the moment. But very sore after the weights last night - hence why I think the protein will help.

Currently munching on a melon and grape thing from tesco don't think I'll finish it all it's huge.

Seems like awesome progress to me!
Started at 116, was 112 last week... Was hoping another 4 kilos would have disappeared by now (despite not really doing any more exercise or eating much less[*])! I know it's not realistic... Still makes me a little grumpy it hasn't gone down by even half a kilo (actually went up, was exactly 112 last week, but I'm rounding down).
Tomorrow morning I'm flying to krakow to play polo for four days (more likely 3, but you never know!), during this time I will probably eat one meal a day and drink a lot of beer...
Usually I loose weight from a two day tourney, hopefully this will have double the effect!

Injury, illness, weather and social life.
All good excuses why I've ended up at 17 stone.
I've worked out if I can lose half a pound a day, over 56 days, I would be down to 15 in time for a wedding I'm attending.
My diet and booze consumption have been poor ish lately, if I sort that and ride a lot I reckon its doable...
Went for a run last night - followed by a sets of press ups and curls.
Absolutely starving this morning now and it's only 9.45 ffs.
