Is it worth adding a target weight to the chart?
Only our own one though....
-
• #5378
Maybe as an option (You could just add it to the name field?)
In, was 68-9 after the Marathon, want to see if I can get there and stay there this time

Not for instance, I want to see Dammit get down to 9kg etc..

If you really wanted to get nerdy then a watts/kg target would be most relevent to cycling.

• #5381
Peak output or average? And over how long ... etc etc etc.
-
• #5382
Hours average.

The gods are telling me I can't use the spreadsheet so will have to stay tubby: google docs is blocked at my work.

Right, I'm on the list and currently thinking of reasons why my breakfast shouldn't involve copious amounts of butter or sugar.
Butter sticks dipped in sugar is one of my favourite breakfasts

Butter sticks dipped in sugar
But with an artificial sweetener in my coffee to compensate. -

In! I've been assigned a rather fetching shade of 50s petrol blue

Now who's got the excel smarts to make the columns calculate automatically....?
Percentage Weightloss to date
Weightloss per CM of height
Actual Weight Loss (kg)
Average Weekly Weight loss -

^ Yes please. Any excuse not to switch my brain on for doing anything...
ever.

Should work on your phone. Also, do you weigh yourself at werk?
-
• #5390
^ Yeah fine, I'll get involved on my phone. I don't weigh myself at work as that'd be a bit odd, but I was planning on weighing myself in the morning, riding to work while hating myself a bit, then filling in the spreadsheet once I'd come to terms with it.
Just got collared by a colleague asking me to join the ballet club (seriously) so now I have an extra incentive to lose weight. Idea of wearing a leotard = fastest way to stop feeling hungry.

I can do the excel stuff later tonight or tomorrow night if no one's done it by then.
-
• #5392
I'll play around with calculations in my rows, feel free to copy them, or else I'll do it when I think I've got it okay.
Will be interesting to see different ways of doing the calcs (I'll put £10 now on mine being the most kludgy!) -

Freaky seeing branwen update a weightloss spreadsheet while i'm watching and eating dominoes
-
• #5394
I totally lied and I am massively hungry. Urgh. I am not enjoying this diet already.
-
• #5395
Branwen height - 183m
Wtf!
-
• #5396
I'm as hungry as a hostage!
-
• #5397
^^ Height, actually, and I was going to suggest to do it in CM, otherwise it would spew out a big decimal for weightloss/height, but I've sorted that :)
Also, I have not magically lost 3KG, and I seriously doubt I will in the next week!
-
• #5398
^^ Height, actually
Whoops!
-
• #5399
Otherwise those would be some very mixed units!
As WJPrince is seeing, the calcs aren't going to magically update week by week, will need to update them by hand unless someone else can work it out
-

wtf have you done to this spreadsheet? Percentage weight loss to date = -100?! Actual weight loss -72?!
Optimism.
I'm going to buy a turbo trainer at the weekend, I think. Fuck you, downstairs neighbours!
