I am currently wearing a medium t-shirt, and it isn't skin-tight.
This is a revelation.
it's it's revealing your belly, it's either too small or you bought a crop-top.

Having spent the last week and a bit at my parents place I can say I live by the phrase if it isn't there you don't miss it when it comes to eating.
Me and my sister were cooking all our meals from scratch and had vegetables almost every single night, as she's a vegetarian we didn't eat meat only quorn.
Most breakfasts consisted of an apple or cereal.
Now I'm back at the parents in law and worrying that all last weeks work could be undone so easily.
I can't wait till me and Mrs. Spenceey have our own place again.
Walking our parents 4 dogs every day helped too of course, so did visiting the beach and swimming 4 days in a week.
Tempted to start writing a blog - has/does anyone do this?

I quite like it - use a bit of vege stock on it/ or spice and it tastes good.

Tinned lentils - much better IMO. Keep their texture, have a nice taste and are an ideal alternative to meat in a lot of recipes.

needs a slice of lemon in the pepsi. it helps your body burn extra calories.

Does lemon cheesecake work?
i think the biscuit base cancels out the cheese (hence why people eat cheese and biscuits) leaving only lemon so yes i believe it should.

You'd lose the alkalising effects of lemon if you combine with pepsi.
-

I simply counteract that by putting tomato ketchup on my chips
