The other this is, I've noticed I don't drink enough water (it's all juices and coffee, sometimes green tea).
Whenever I buy some flavoured water, someone will drink it or my stepson will take it up to his room for an all night session of Black Ops. I switched to some cheap fizzy stuff instead.I had 8 glasses yesterday, but then I had to get up three times in the middle of the night.
Is that normal? Or I'm getting very middle aged? -

Also started using this website to track my diet and exercise:
Anyone's using it? It would be great if less Americanised. It has an app for iPhone and iPad, so I'm synchronising stuff on the go. It really opened my eyes - I'm a greedy fat fuck.

myfitnesspal has apps and is less americanised than that looks on the link?

Cheers. That Spark people one is really good, but it would be much quicker if I can use ready made templates of foods available in the UK - like Tesco or Sainsbury brands for example.
At the moment I'm adding too many custom foods and it slows me down (especially when I need to add the values). When I search for simple stuff like a green tea or vegetable stir fry or fried chicken it shows things like McDonald's and KFC :-)

myfitnesspal has uk foods on it and you can just scan the barcodes of most things.

Horrible. Where? What happened? Are there any news articles?

It must be people gassed due to vegan diet then.

I enjoy my partly vegetarian diet by the way. I wish I was cooking for myself only - it would be much easier.
I had a bean burger for lunch and baked a lasagne with Quorn for the whole week for Francesca.
Tomorrow will be tofu with pasta. -

Just had roast chicken, sweet potatoe skins and cabbage.
Lush and pretty healthy!

I just had a plate of dead animal, a sandwich, a chelsea bun, a slice of cheesecake, a snickers, some lemonade.
Am I doing it wrong?

Are you serious? I can eat basically anything anywhere anytime. I just found Mal's chocolate stash so now I'm caning some choc mints...

Oh, I can do just that. That's why I'm 95kg with only one working muscle.

So second day of doing the rotator cuff exercises to help my left shoulder (doing them morning and evening) and I've now tweaked my left knee - sharp shooting pain. Ha! Bag of frozen peas in the ice box straight on for 20 mins followed by support bandage. Will ice it again before bed and am hoping it will just settle down.

Sounds like you need a large dose of placebo for your chronic hypochondria!

So based on my current weight I've got 5.1kg to lose before I'm at my ideal weight. What can I healthy aim to lose a week? I'll still be cycling and the odd run as well as watching what I eat. No crash diets.
Would the end of April be achievable, or is that mad?

Amoebic dissentary and you'll be done in a week!
I've lost 8.8kg in the last 90 days, it seems sustainable....

You should be able to consistently knock off .8kg's per week, meaning 6-7weeks..

Sounds like you need a large dose of placebo for your chronic hypochondria!
I always thought hypochondria was imagining having an illnesses regardless of a medical professional's diagnosis.
So you're saying that I'm imagining that I can't rotate my shoulder beyond a certain point without pain and the sharp shooting pains in my knee earlier today?
