Great. I'm using Chrome as browser of choice and have been for a while, can't see an obvious way to bookmark once the sheet is open but hey ho I can always try to remember this page in the thread or something...
Star to the right of the URL. Or drag URL to link bar.

You can't refer to it in the game though can you?
-
• #2757
You can refer to scrabble dictionary between your turns iirc, not during your own turn.

Found my old suit trousers this morning which I never had to wear a belt with (or did on the odd occasion) they are basically falling off me today at work.
Just think of the bigger picture. In a years time you'll look back and go blimey I don't feel like I lost all that.

Yeah, I bought a new suit the other day, 38, 32 (taken into 31) admittedly I wear things tight(er) than most. Before uni my suit was 42,36(35). I'm finding my main issue at the minute is quad to calf ratio.
Maybe I should take this rambling to the fashion thread, to be scorned by Pisti,Nuno and Scoot...Also Giles, I used your member code to order some whey protein :)

^^ I don't find the thought of a sheet sandwich all that appealing Oliver, certainly enough to put you off your food.

So this weight loss lark. Underneath my not inconsiderable bulk there's a fair amount of muscle. I'd like to hold onto this while losing the lard. In your experience what's the best / simplest way to do this?
-
• #2766
At the risk of repeating a few pages back, protein intake.
Whether that's through the form of steak or in shakes has yet to be decided by the internets(tm)

-
• #2772
Yep, thats the plan- Breakfast = that and a special supplement shake, lunch is the same and dinner is some sort of tasty healthy thing I'll try and create.
works out at an estimated 1500 cal per day, so really going to have to step up the training when it arrives.
