Back to good sleep habits...
I'm 75 kg.
Your weight is illogical- how the hell does that work!
Anyways, I'm going to do weekly weigh ins rather than daily, as it coincides with a weekly test that I have to do anyways- and uses a super accurate scale.(ps. what date are we aiming for again?)

17th feb.
I literally don't undertand my weight at all, I would say it's my scales but its been this eratic all my adult life, so it is what it is. It will settle more by next week, at the moment its confused by a week of drinking and eating crap followed by a week of super healthyness...
Fecking hungry after running in though!

Damn I forgot to weigh in this morning. Already feeling healthier this week though. Only 3 weeks to go until my commute ups from 7 miles to 40. Although I'll be doing it every other day to start with.

Ok, 17th Feb it is.
Apparently an occasional binge is good for weight loss.
I'm just back from the gym, sitting at my desk prepared for a long day of work....
The mystery supplement- which I could very easily find out what it was (urinalysis dipstick into solution would tell me)- makes me feel quite sick, bleh. -

On the note of a thread wide competition- I'll look into the most effective way of comparing weight loss amongst different people so that we can get one going. Lets say the end of February as a date for the rest of the weight loss people?
3 things worked in ed + I's favour- 1 as Ed said, we happened to be the same post xmas binges; 2, we're roughly the same height (I'm 176cm); and 3- I think we're quite similar ages(?) .
So we're fairly simply comparable.... -

Sounds about right.... I know how obsessive I've become over it, but it has to happen.

Your right eyebrows.
Also can we keep a like a forum chart on weight loss? I could set up a google spreadsheet to plot it and leave it open for public.

Will continue to weigh in everyday, need the pressure/motivatiion it gives when offered bad foods!

I'll start work on it today. I'm going to make it a weekly chart, that would attract the most people. I'll say that people can complete it whatever day of the week they like so long as It's once a week.

You would be better off drinking tea than instant! seriously... get some coffee pods if you want faff free coffee.
Is this nutritional advice, or flavour? Because I honestly don't mind the granules stuff now, when I'm at work, it's only weekends and evenings I've bust out the plunger.

Good, because I'm going to Spuntino next week

exactly, its either because I know the person too well and don't want to hurt them. or that I know the person too well and I don't want them to hurt me.
Weirdly, my offensive game is amazing in training. In games I'm the most defence orientated utility player you've ever seen.
Definitely a confidence/ aggression thing.

Could we ask vb to integrate something into the forum or would that be too complex?

I can just put a public spreadsheet up here, you guys click the link and update it. That way we can have charts on this thread every month too.

In response to the promax diet chat above, I have used these on and off for a while:

276 cals per serving. Plenty of protein but none of the caffeine. If I have one for breakfast, I find that I'm not really hungry until mid afternoon. I can vouch for rasberry and chocolate being OK flavours.

The best solution I have to competitive weight loss is this.
We measure % weight loss (ie lost weight/ original weight x 100).
And then divide that by initial body weight to have % weight loss/ kg of original body mass.
And then make that into a percentage.
(% weight loss/ original weight x 100)Sound sensible?
That means if a 90kg person lost 10kgs (11% total weight loss) and a 75kgs person lost 7 (9% total weight loss), then they would come to the same figure roughly (12% loss) for % weight loss/ kg original weight....
Its not perfect, but I can't think of a better one at the moment.
74.4kg
