Fuuuuuuuuuuu
So lost 7 pounds in my weeks of inactivity
Waist increased by 1.5inches and fat went from 9% to 18%
water retention?
I had so many slices of bread for lunch, I had to place the ones with less messy toppings, beside my plate on the side of the tray. Which kinda makes using the plate a bit pointless. I still had the dedication to grab a slice of rye bread with brown cheese for the 100m walk back to the lab.
I'm good at this weight gain malarky.
cock! (:

Diet is protein shake (promax diet) for breakfast as well as a glass of orange juice, lunch is a wrap with low fat cream cheese and smoked salmon and dinner is salad and chicken/steak/pork chop/fish.
@sf whilst training for my marathon I was down at 74kg but a combination of not running for 3 months and getting stuck into beer/chocolate/cake I went up to 81 82 and just stued at that since Christmas.
I'm also doing weight training and cycling on top of running 4 dys per week, it's a pretty intense programme but in getting married in July and I dot want to have a fat face in my wedding pictures!
Blimey your doing well to train on that diet!
I'm thinking about trying the protein shake for breakfast idea myself though. Lunch I usually have a pate sandwich and 2 apples. Dinner is soup 3x a week and something bigger on the days in between.
At the moment I'm off the bike due to my knee but I'm going to up my milage and start swimming too.

I've just started swimming, been 3 times now, hadn't swum seriously since the swim team in primary school 15 years ago! Finding it easy and really enjoying it, I've been doing 60+ lengths of the 25m pool, I alternate one length breast stroke one length crawl. 60 lengths flies by. Hoping this is going to help with the fat loss...

It's something you get used to, I know I'm slower and weaker on this level of food but I still see improvements in that state from the training.

i wondered if the fitter you become, the less fuel you need... but then the fitter you become, the harder you push, so the more fuel you may need?

Well thats still a plus.
How are you finding the promax diet, wheres the best place to buy it from? Everywhere I've seen has been around £40.

USN IGF-1 protein and Isatori MX-LS7 fat burners I reckon will give you better results than promax diet, cheaper too.

Them two together work out much more expensive though.

Your metabolism inproves with increasing fitness. So you can eat more without putting on so much fat.

not when you take into account, the USN protein is twice the size or the promax, and the mx-ls7 will last twice as long as the promax...
no they do not "just burn fat" but have the same effect as all the caffeine etc in the promax shake. suppress appetite, raise core temp, give energy...

Fair enough, not keen on the reviews though mate;
Ok, the good points first.
I worked out harder, faster and burnt more calories than i ever did before without the product.I felt great working out. There was kind of a burning sensation in the pit of my stomach and it felt nice. I didnt loose any weight but i did become slimmer. I weight train so im building muscle as well.
Right now the bad points.
I could not sleep to save my life. Even taking sleeping pills i could not fall alseep. I took 2 of these in the morning , 2 in the early afternoon. 12ish. I tried going to bed my usual time which was 11 pm but i just lay there. I managed to get to sleep around 4 or 5 every night.so i was getting around 2 hours sleep a night. After a week of this i felt like i was having a breakdown so i have now stopped taking them.
When actually taking them, i felt like i was in a daze, i couldnt focus on anything and my attention was 0. This could be due to the lack of sleep i dont know.
I would advise to take them with caution. They will make you slimmer but with a price.

Slipped a bit with my simple, fresh snack free diet. Made an amazing Jamie Oliver honey and pistachio cake the other day, and apart from 2 slices for 'er indoors, ate the whole thing. Then made fudge last night (a secret ruse to spy on 'er indoors to make sure she made our dinner properly), then had a bag of chocolate biscuits today because they're £1 in Tescos.

The side effects with the promax diet I found very similar.... the dazed feeling is the same as I have after a double espresso... I would also suggest taking only in the morning, with the shake. On my phone now may go further into detail later....

Runners trots has nothing on promax diet!
I like the promax diet but haven't used anything else to compare it with, I don't feel massively hungry, I get improvements in strength and speed whilst using it with a low calorie diet, (remember I'm running 5-6 miles 4 times a week so burning around 700 calories doing that
Just got home and done my daily weigh in, ive lost 1 kg since yesterday, time to rehydrate a bit me thinks!!

Back up to 15 stone from 13.5 (very briefly) in november. time to get back on a proper diet methinks. 1650 base calories a day plus 1/2 of the garmin estimation for any calories burnt through physical activity.
and get myself running again. I loved it last year so no idea why I'm so reticent to get into it since winter. :/
