Wow, that's impressive. You've lost essentially one of those big sacks of dog food. Imagine going for a run carrying one of those!

Well done @I_am_Hingis
i've still not been sticking to my healthy eating plans. but have gotten a healthy lot of shopping in and went to effort to make my lunch today (salad w/ ham & goats cheese) and while we're going out for dinner this eve for belated valentines meal due to my recent flu bout I plan on being fairly sensible.
was 102.6kg when I weighed myself on sat.

Long runs (and a cheeky Audax) helping the weight disappear:-
25-Jan: 87.55
1-Feb: 86.85
8-Feb: 86
15-Feb: 85
22-Feb: 84.0579.95kg by 17-Apr and I'll be happy, any more than that will be a very useful bonus. Have 5 weeks of hard graft until the Easter Holidays and need to get back out on the bike on a Friday after my swim.

I know, it actually makes me angry everytime I pick up a heavy sack of something and realise I was just carrying that a few weeks ago and am still carrying way in excess of it now. Funny how your body tolerates the abuse. I'd hate to carry a back pack of that weight around all day, although I guess it was more evenly distributed as fat I guess.

Yeah but all that weight still goes through your feet and you would notice it. Even a car has to lug its engine around.

I seem to be losing weight but getting visibly fatter, I suspect eating 6 packs of hot cross buns is responsible for the fatness, not sure why its leading to losing weight.
will cut out the hot cross buns and see if I can get the best of both worlds!

first time back in the gym for 2 weeks
was all excited to see how my fitbit charge hr handled tracking my workout as it was pretty high intensity so was curious to see how much energy I was expending throughout, accidentally left it on my desk charging by mistake. fail.
was a real doozy too, had to drop the weight a little on a couple of exercises to compensate for my loss of #gains but went harder than I thought I would and was absolutely fucked by the end of it to the point I was regretting putting my stuff in one of the top lockers as it meant lifting my arms above shoulder height to retrieve it after.

hahaha
I know that feel bro.

good feels though.
I had a bit of a shocking weekend, beers and over ate with no exercise :'( I blame the stress of compeleting on our house and finding out how gross it was inside!

Mine has been pretty good at picking up on the rides and walks. Makes me feel I'm more active than I actually am though. Hope I don't get complacent

@stevo_com we should be fitbit friends < inbetweeners.gif >
I had to get a boris bike in from kennington this morning as my northern line train caught fire and when i synced it picked up the ride automatically which was pretty cool.

I have no more of an idea how to make friends in fitbit land than in real life.
Mine noticed how lazy is was on Saturday. Got both my commutes on Friday and the the walks to and from lunch on Sunday.

Had a row with my girlfriend last night so went to bed in a sulk without eating dinner. Hope that at least counts for something come weigh in Monday.

arguing with the missus can be highly disruptive to weight loss, I still remember the time I was kitted up to go for a long run and the GF decided that as I was walking out the door was a good time to drag something up.
started out the run angry and didn't make it 2 miles in before I was in such a wrong state of mind I stopped running and just walked the 2 miles back home again. think it's down in my strava as 'worst run ever' because of course I still logged it. #mileagechallenge
If you're in a good frame of mind being in your head while exercising is great, if not it's like an amplification chamber for even the smallest frustation to bounce around and grow bigger and bigger. do not recommend.

I find having a crywank after an argument is good for some calorie loss.

Quite pleased considering I only ran and played squash once last week, felt too exhausted for anything else really. Did stick to eating well which helped.
