Cheers, I'm not sure I like the first one but there's something about it I can't quite put my finger o.

Some photos that I took at the Sunderland Air Show...
The Gallery is here: http://goo.gl/50ggi
I've not trimmed any of these yet, just been through and picked out the ones that I think have potential. Let me know what you think. All taken on a Nikon D3100 with an AF-S Nikkor 70-300mm lens
My favorite photos are from the cut down set are:
I'd love some feedback on them.

Red arrows one is awesome - only criticism is can you make the colours a little more punchy?

I do have the RAW fiels from all of them (and around 20 gigs of photos from a road trip to the Gambia, and a whole load of other stuff)
I need to learn to play with them correctly really.

yeah first one is great, love how the four of them are all looking up the stairs, creates a nice line through the image

Does anyone use the Magic Lantern firmware on their Canons? Thinking about putting V2.3 on my 550D, Just wondering if it breaks anything important? Mainly interested in zebra highlighting and bracketing controls.

Steve - what are you using to process those? The tones in them are fantastic.

Thanks :) I've not done anything specific. I'm using my android tablet to import the photos (RAW) from my camera using an app called RawPal Gallery, which I've then used to batch resize and convert to jpg.
Camera is a 550D, stock lens.

sharp, literally too

oof! That'd be something. 35mm lens too, my favourite...
specs:
24MP full frame CMOS sensor
ISO range: 100-25,600
3 in. LCD screen
5 fps
Zeiss Sonnar 35mm f/2 lens with 49mm filter thread (obviously)
Price: $2700from: http://photorumors.com/2012/09/09/sony-rx1-specifications/
Having the RX100, I have no doubt that the new full frame compact will be a big hit for tourer/travellers.
Money wise obviously a little bit much and rather go for the Fuji Xpro1
GH3. Spec wise it could be a unreal photo/video camera.
Especially for the later!
