If 'most improved' is measured by comparing performance at the end of last season, and the beginning of this season, based on FTP, I'd better get my acceptance speech sorted out.

I would just like to say that the first TNRC 2011 will be on the 15th of March. ride will be posted around the 2nd of March on a new thread and complete with a few gentle reminders to etiquette and bottom lines. Personally I can't wait to be back out there with you lot.
