yeah, doing the middle column from day 1. seemed just about right for me i think. arms and shoulders still tight from rugby on saturday. i can see it getting pretty hard pretty quickly.

I just finished my first week, been doing a set between the top and middle group. chest hurt a heap after the first lot, but I assume this is good for you??

I can do 20 and thats probably all I want to do. Don't want to look buffer than the boys now do I? Chin ups, now there is something I'd like to aspire to. Must loose weight/gain strength.

I reckon I'll give the Bikram Yoga a go, based on convenience (2 minute walk door to door).
They've got a secure space to lock your bikes as well fwiw.did you lot go to this class then?

i did day 1 on monday - did group 3 and have only just stopped hurting today. my whole upper body hurt like hell.
dropped down to middle group on wed, managed to get through the pain.... will continue doing middle group. don't think it helped that i am also doing the 200 sit ups program and also the plank 2 x 1min.... but hey, no pain no gain right?
day 3 tonight....

a fine way to fuck your elbows mind, especially overtraining with such a stupid program.
currently suffering from tendinitis of the elbow due to too many chinups/climbing training.
core is the flavour of the week for now.

your body is telling you to take it easy, if there is a bit of aching then that’s to be expected, however no pain no gain.....definitely not.take it easy on yourself, it works, but take youre time, theres always somewhere to go in yoga, the point is to be where you are.best wishes

Went to do Bikram yoga for the first time yesterday.
Quite sore now, the heat gets to you, not able to do a lot of the exercises but will go again on Wednesday. I reckon I'll benefit from it in the long term. -

mate has second fitness test for Sandhurst entry soon,
he has to do 50 sit ups, and 50 press ups in 2 minutes each.
and dress right.that right, not, to the right, although they probably stipulate that too.
