Driver overtook me on the wrong side of a traffic island tonight. Nearly wiped out a cyclist coming in the opposite direction head-on.

Hopefully a stupid question but I take it it's an offence to overtake on the wrong side?

Massive naughty, they are for traffic calming ie no overtaking.

Frustratingly one of his front headlights seems to have been stuck on full beam so has dazzled my fly 6.

A cyclist in front of me last night was forced to make an unplanned left turn when the car he was alongside turned left without signalling. The car ended up in the oncoming lane cos he had to pull out of his turn, and I had to emergency stop behind them both. Then the taxi driver that was behind us all ran the red in order to tell me and the other cyclist that we were cycling too fast. We both shouted 'don't run red lights you prick' and he drove off. Didn't get any numberplates/10.

Intimidated (and called a cunt, natch) by a van on Regent St. this morning. I got his plates but didn't catch the company. Is there an easy way to find out? I vaguely remember some slogan written on the back, but it was really generic, something like "delivering effective solutions".
