On my way to work today, just got to the end of Camberwell Road, towards Elephant. At the traffic light opposite Burgess Park, I was on the left lane following some buses going straight ahead, a car was on the right lane, Ihe obviouslyentred the wrong lane as cars on the right turn right but he needed to go straight ahead, very common, I see it most days, but with this fucker, he gave no indication, no warning, no waiting, certain no looking, he cut into the left lane in front of me, pushed me off the middle and I had to slammed my brakes. Was going to chase him up but it was raining and had a number of wobbles in front of me, plus a couple of buses to have made it insane / impossible to chase him up. Gutted and very annoyed. It really doesn't hurt to wait a bit and indicate, does it?

riding south past clapham common towards clapham south you always get people who drive down the outside lane which is right turn only and then try to force their way into the left lane (effectively jumping the 'queue') and even though I take primary along there and will be travelling as fast as the motor traffic i'd say one in every three journeys i make along there some dickhead will pull alongside from behind me and try to push me into the kerb so he can use my 'gap' to pull in.
difference is they all know exactly what they're doing along there. cnuts.

I loathe that stretch of road for exactly this reason. In fact probably the worst bit is right by Clapham Common station as it looks like a three lane road after the lights. Loads of drivers think "IMMA TAKE THE FAST ONE!" and then realise too late that the lane is right turn only and only a couple of yards long, and the far left lane isn't a lane at all, it's a fucking bus stop with buses merging into the central lane. Cue all the drivers already in the correct lane panicking and trying to drive over you because the dickheads in the right turn lane are trying to drive into them, while double deckers pull out from the left into the path of everybody. And streams of cyclists undertaking, wobbling about, pulling out without looking, right through the middle of it all. It's like the Wacky Races, only not really that funny.

This morning, going downhill on Latchmere Road just about to pass Amies Street on the left when I can see a scooter driver coming the other way. He slows, I'm heading into the junction, when suddenly his right indicator goes on and he slowly goes turns right, only feet away from me. Cue me yelling WTF? DON'T DO THAT! I see him pull up and can only imagine the dopey Whuut? coming from him. ARGH.

I do exactly what the cars you are bitching about do, on my bike. Move to the middle of the outside lane and move in towards the inside lane when my lane stops. Safer than primary in left hand lane if you ask me.
Oops meant to quote hatbeard...

I do the opposite and ride down the lefthand lane to get past the queue waiting to turn right there so I can get into the ASL more safely.
(am I the only mIRC nerd who thinks of something completely different when seeing ASL written out?)
