I didn't memorise your number plate this morning and i couldn't be bothered to get my phone out my bag. But please stop using your phone while driving, if you could look out for cyclists and give them more room that would be a real bonus (I'd like to get old like you one day).

If you did manage to get a nice photo of me (Whilst still driving), please send it to me, if you would be so kind to leave the exif info on it (so I can get the date/time stamp to ask the police to check your mobile records for the same time period), that would be great.

I'll repeat my earlier rant for you just in case you don't get chance to send me the photo of me and my bike "GET OFF YOUR F**CKING PHONE"

I had someone swerving towards me and threatening to drive over me today. His reason was that I rode in the primary position, appeared foreign and, last but not least, didn't pay the road tax. I suggested he would have a look at the Highway Code; his answer was that he doesn't know what the Highway Code is. There was a witness who intervened as the driver continued to shout his threats. The driver then proceeded to rip off his own number plate (???), threatening to burn the house of the witness when she and her kids are sleeping. And so on and so forth.

Needless to say, I am going to report this to the police.

Nice little 60 odd mile Pootle round the lanes of Essex yesterday, heading eventually to see me old mum. Coming down from Epping via the steep hill past copped hall and towards upshire. A middle aged lady in a rav4 was sitting behind me very close, but making no attempt to get past..... I was doing 22 mph, according to the puter. Up ahead, there is a blind left hand bend with some keep left bollards on a small island.... It's at this point, with a large 4x4 coming towards us, that she decides to go for it.... Speedo reads 24mph at this point, but considerably less when she cuts back inside, clips my elbow with her wing mirror, gets called a cunt very loudly, and just avoids cleaning the 4x4 and the bollards out....

Fucking closest one for me for a while......

Is there a way to check numberplates before reporting? I just got overtaken in the work van by some thundercunt in a massive lorry as I slowed down for people on a zebra crossing. He wasn't that far off smashing straight through them. Unfortunately I couldn't get my phone out in time at the next set of lights to get a picture (not doing it whilst moving obvs).

You can check the number plate against the make/model/colour using the online congestion charge payment site. Not sure if you can do more than that.

So driver on residential road in islington speeds through road narrowing and hits the 'road calming' metal bell (See pic 1.) Then flips over and breaks his car (Pic 2/3).

Assuming no one was injured (except the driver of course) that is awesome and hillarious.

Unfortunately they'll probably sue the council, claiming the accident was the fault of the traffic calming measures.

I'm quite glad it wasn't a cyclist, I can't believed he didn't notice the traffic calming bell on (quite literally) the middle of the road.
