Looking for methods to mount my Luxos U on either a nitto m18 or tubus tara. Found this but it involves buying three different mounts:
http://biketouringnews.com/touring-bike-accessories/lights/buschmuller-luxos-u-head-light-mounting/.Also i've seen people repurposing caliper brakes but it seems to require a bit of metal work.

have a rummage in your LBS for a piece like this, bound to be something like this from a rack? The Nitto RH clamp could be straightened out too, and clamped between the stay and the rack as shown above.
Failing that trawl SJS, they almost always have the widgets I need for things like this.

I have the nitto lamp mount, I'm selling it, do you want one?

Got my setup all sorted - edelux ii on a sp hub. It's bloody brilliant. Need to work on the mounting but already looking at sorting dynamo lights for my other bikes....

I love just rolling away from home/work and not thinking about lights.

anyone use/built up the SON SL self connecting system
https://www.nabendynamo.de/produkte/sl_steckerlos_en.html
Saw it on this bike on cycle exif
http://www.cycleexif.com/maiden-australia-lous-650b-prova-cycles-tourer
and love the idea of no connectors on the dynamo...

A friend has it on his Breadwinner. Has worked hiccup free. Looks great too. But obviously, bespoke fork needed...

I spoke to the guys at Thorn (see SJS), they were oddly against it. I cant remember what their reasons were though. they do know their stuff though, so I believed them.

Whateeeevs. Troglodyte-fest.

It does basically lock in the hub to the one bike. Just run Di2 cable guides or elec tape inside the fork, job done.
-
• #639
Much obliged. Any specific models/capacity? One of the guys is having issues with his not charging. You're on the SP hub no?
-
• #640
I could be specific but then I'd have to kill you.
I'm not sure - I think I've got a 6400 Anker a 10000ish Zendure and a 13000 Anker. Also have a smaller Anker but gave that to the missus. Any of them should work. What's it not charging from?
-
• #642
ah fair enough. I bought mine from riv, they charge an arm and a leg for intl shipping

At this point, you'd be doing me a favour. I'm losing what leftover hair I have because of this.
He doesn't want to charge items directly from the Igaro, but stagger equipment through the battery pack, whiiiiich is apparently not charging. He's spoken to the guys at Igaro, who understandably can't make something to accommodate all types of packs, some which draw more amperage than the Igaro is capable of pushing out, so I'm trying to compile a list of packs that will work or something.
I dunno, I'm gonna go drink myself into a stupor. -

Ah, I don't generally do charge-through - I just charge the battery and then swap connections so the battery is powering devices. The Zendure does charge-through the Ankers do not.
It's this:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B014RBEAQC/ref=pe_385721_142312211_TE_itemIs this someone racing the TCR? If it is, and they beat me, you know I'll hunt you both down and show you my saddle sores... :)

Advice needed: I have an Igaro D1, and am looking at getting an E3 Pure 3 light with an Airstream rear. Looking at potentially getting a K-Lite bar switch to go between the Igaro and the lights but would like to avoid shelling out for a switch too. Anything to look out for here?
Edit: Also have a SP Dynamo hub if that makes any difference.
HALP!

has anyone ever mounted a supernova e3 tail light 2 on seatstays? Probably with the cable coming out the frame along with the gear cable.

supernova e3 pro rear
Is it different to the E3 Tail Light 2 (http://www.supernova-lights.com/en/supernova-e3-tail-light-2)?

er, yeah sorry, that's the one I meant.
@hippy What battery pack you using with the Igaro?
