I hope to get there tonight.
Did the turbos get checked over/fixed last Saturday?
I might try rollers if its endurnace night.
Whats the music for tonight?

I tidied up the turbo container and there is now a "spares" box behind the closed door in the container where all the bits that fall off the turbos live. I think missing parts was the major problem with most of the few that were an issue. If you pick a turbo that's missing a piece, check the box!

Matt, you in tonight or too busy focussing on healing? I'll be rolling straight there from town if you want to convoy it over.
-
• #155
Sorry Tom - late reply i know! I thought it better to not ride the bike with stitches in, plus i felt like i'd been hit by a bus most of last week!
I'll be in this week all being well - how many sessions are left?
Got the track bike built up after forking out for a Dolan, just posted in the current projects if you want a sneaky peek ;-) This Saturday coming will be its maiden voyage!

The velodrome's got a long way to go to be saved!

-
• #164
Yeah there's this week and next week left if i remeber correctly! I'm currently 50/50 as to wheather to show up...
-
• #165
i'd be tempted for tonight.... dont know if i'll be able to get away from work in time though.
have people been bringing geared bikes or track bikes? -
• #166
Run What Ya Brung
-
• #167
Indeed, i currently come and play on a 531 fixed gear conversion. Bit flexible but does the job!
-
• #168
I'm gonna have the chance to go home and change bikes if needs be.
Would people reccommend a geared or fixed (Obvs fixed stiffer but geared will be easier to get home on!!) -
• #169
I do it on gears, but that's because I like the ability to fine tune effort/cadence. Plus it gives me an excuse to ride it in to work, which is always nice.
(in for tonight - is this going to be a projector novelty session, JC?) -
• #170
Its about a 50/50 split in the group between fixed/geared
You can use rollers or turbos.
Ride what you are most comfortable on, as your gonna spend 1 1/2 hours on it!'In the marque, no one can hear you scream'

I never listen in class - Whats projector novelty session?
-
• #172
Thought J was going to be projecting some kind of sufferfest entertainment this week to make the pain more interesting.
-
• #173
Not his holiday vids again??
-
• #174
Lol, sold - i'm in!
-
• #175
What time you rolling out from town Matt? If they let me out of here promptly I'll try and catch you.
In other news, I'm actually going to have a proper lunch today so I don't feel like passing out mid-interval like last week.
Yep endurance. JJS is back on coaching duties this week so we'll see what he's got in store for us.
