  • Pah - Tuesday was 2 days ago. Sprints are probably the most bearable as its not relentless. Nice long recovery, then probably 45 secs max flat out.

  • I'm definitely too tired/got too much to do tonight, but really going to try to come again next week.

  • No. Last time I came I was on a pretty shredded Refuse and you can spin FTW.

    Please don't take this as an indication I'm coming tonight, I've got a pretty nasty cold this week so staying in, coughing and drinking scrumpy (full of vitamin C) is seeming infinitely more attractive...

  • If you don't want to come, don't, innit. I would say that it is worth coming along to, though. Even if you will be spinning like a madman and throwing shredded rubber all over the place...

    (your tyre will be fine, no idea about the gear)

  • 65" will be ok - just put on a decent resistance. Most people don't have specific turbo tyres - I wouldn't worry about it too much.

    Yep, tonight is pyramids, or more specifically, recovery, so various forms of going hard, quick pause and back on it again.

    *Note - there is a fair chance that Denmark hill's ass will not be mine but i'll keep you posted.

  • Just decided I am leaving work now, which means I'm not hanging around somewhere for the next two hours. Have fun.
