Last time I did about 20 odd laps of regents park it numbed my mind so much that on the way home I crashed into a parked car, it was a pretty serious accident.

40 laps! I just couldn't cope with that amount of repetition. Well done.
It was broken up with the Outer Circle and half of Chester Rd. Felt less boring than Richmond Park. There's no way I could just chalk up laps for the fun of it. The Inner Circle's 1km, and I didn't complete a single complete circuit at speed. Not even half.

Just been out to richmond park 'n all. I'm just about to have a not dog sandwich. More similar than you think.
Havent been to regents park for a while, but, jesus, 35 inner laps. How do you keep count? -

I just got in a bit shaky and had hummus and tomato on sourdough. Did not do the trick.

@ TT Tom - I didn't. I worked it out afterwards. Number of laps is* arbitrary, init.
*I'm viewing the number as a discrete and whole unit, hence the singular, grammar pickers.

I'm planning to head to RP tonight, does anyone know if it's open to cyclists and peds in the evenings still? I heard something about a dear cull in November.

No entry after 8 pm otherwise you might take a bullet intended for an ageing or infirm deer. So as long as you get there beforehand you should be fine. I hope.

Weather looks a little benign. Rain may hold off until the afternoon and winds will only be around 20mph. At 13 degrees it will also be fairly warm. Training is not training without downpours and gales and ice but still, we have to learn to ride in fair weather as well I suppose.
claus, sorry you will not be there. I was aiming to trounce you on Dark Hill. It will have to wait.

8 am. At Smithdield?
I didn't have my 40t sprocket in the cassette today. More like 50-70rpm. Felt a bit spinny though.
