I am loving the new Play Music and am seriously tempted to switch from Spotify to All Access when it launches over here. Problem is that I use Squeezebox with spotify plugins to do multi room audio at home.
So, I really want All Access with multi device support, including synchronised playback and switching from room to room and radio support (BBC at least.)
Dammit, I hate waiting on the never never.

I hate the new Play Music. It's always on in the background. I uninstalled it and never respond to the reminders to update it. Effing thing.

I finally got around to coralling about 10 years of random MP3s off some old hard drives and stuck them on my laptop and by the time I got to work yesterday Play Music had sync'd all 5000 tracks. Me gusta.

What do you mean it's always on? Mine is only ever running when I load it.

Dunno. I think mine hates me. Its always effing on. Its as if I've opened the app, played some music, got a call, then returned to the app. But I have never ever used the app. Yet, in my running apps list, its always there. Its demonic.

Am loving the look of the new HTC One.
Was working on a project for the launch of the new Sony i1 in August, some very impressive specs.

SONY i1 will surely be my next phone. Hurry up January (when I can upgrade).

Yeah mine too, it looks lovely. Want a phone with good battery too!

I rooted my S2 recently to Cyanogen 10.1 as android 4.1 was eating all my battery. It's all good and the battery lasts longer, but now my Barclays app doesn't work, which is really annoying as I use it all the time.

They're selling it on the premise that everything works together unlike the competition. For example, the camera on the iPhone is good but the processor doesn't get the best out of it.
Plus the i1 uses the best available Sony tech, BRAVIA screen, award winning G Lens, etc. etc..

5" is too big. Sounds good otherwise.

I upgraded to the HTC One last month and it's boss if just for the way it feels, it's a premium product and won me over despite the G4s specs. In hand there wasn't any competition and HTC should just survive if they make this their niche. Samsung and iPhone can carry on with their battle as long as HTC stick with this direction.
Sense is not as invasive as Samsung bloat and hell, I've even grown to like Blinkfeed... The dual speakers produce a sound you can genuinely appreciate and the camera in low light is actually as good as they make out. Just about sussed how to make it last 12hrs with heavy use and the only gripe so far (and it is a pain) is the power button which is offset and almost recessed. It's aggravating my RSI and I've actually taken to picking up the phone with the other hand. Which kinda works...
Time to root the old Motorola Atrix before I forget how to use it.

What difference have you noticed in the battery? Not sure if I am at the moment. Travelling for most of the day today light usage few pictures texts calls checking the web and I got 16 hours.
Is that good? Or is it worth me checking a battery app to see if I can get more out of it?

More I read about this GA2G the more I like it.
Bigger sensor, faster lens, selectable iso range up to 12,800, manual aperture.
Running 4.2.
May finally make me use this as a carry everywhere camera/ phone.

any estimates on off-contract price ?
I'm still debating what to replace my S3 with
-

It's going to be in the top end price range, so for the handset only I'd guess £500 wouldn't be far off the mark.

Probably been asked elsewhere, but an app that will turn GPX files into voice navigation?

Any suggestions for the best Boris Bike app? The official one seems to be fairly heavily slated.
