How annoying is it to maintain a cup and cone Sugino 75 BB over a sealed bearing Centaur?

If you have all the tools required for dealing with the S75 BB + chainset, it's a 15 minute job in total - where do you get Centaur these days?, I use the Veloce BB for my S75.

what info do you you need? they are Mavic CPX30 with Campag hubs. There is currently a 8speed freewheel on the back wheel. thats all the info I have :)

You need at least a new hub. Since CXP30s are nothing special, it's probably cheaper just to but an appropriate complete wheel.

Does anyone make a narrow shimano freehub, so I could take a "cheap" 150mm hub and convert it to a very pimp 135mm SS hub?

The same product might work for 135->120.

Since most hub manufacturers use proprietary freehubs, you'd have to hope that a manufacturer who makes your 150mm hub also makes a 135mm SS hub with the same freehub interface, at which point you might as well just buy the 135mm hub :-) That would certainly save the trouble of making a 135×10 axle to fit a 150×12 hub.
