If I was to post a link of something I wish to buy from Ribble and then click that link - will that give a kickback to the forum?

I need a suitcase/bag/wheely thing that will pass the airline standard for hand luggage, but will take enough stuff for a weeks cycling trip.
Who has such an item of luggage that they recommend, and can I buy one at lunchtime tomorrow?

These last forever and I've never had any trouble getting it on the plane. http://www.thenorthface.co.uk/tnf-uk-en/base-camp-duffel-s/p83362.html

So what's everyone doing to protect their beloved carbon? My look has taken a fair beating from gravel etc. Lots of paint chips on the forks particularly which makes me sad. I'm going to touch up the paint but would like to prevent this from happening again.
Ideally I'd like to just cover the front of the forks with some kind of thin but tough clear material. Any recommendations?

Helicopter tape

I confess, I know nothing about helicopter tape despite seeing it mentioned time and time again. Do DIY stores sell it?

Cracked one of the cones on rear Royce hub today.
Can I get a replacement tomorrow in London somewhere, as I really don't want to contact Royce again.
Are you overtightening?

Google Maps - can you still export a route in KML / GPX?
If so how? My fu is weak.

I have an eastpak - like this.
Can be picked up today at carnaby street.

⅛", for the millionth time.
Belated thanks tester, both for the answer and the refreshing helping of scorn.

Ah found it. Mystery 'Cog' icon gives access to old 'my maps' functionality.
I thought unlabelled icons died with the 1990s - cheers Google for bringing them back.

Handlebars shims: to use 25.4 / 26mm bars with over-sized ahead stem (31.8mm I guess). I'd rather not order online, and hope to buy it from a shop.
I called some shops around where I work, none stock it.Someone knows a shop in central London that stock this please?
Many thanks

I want to give a reference to a private landlord, so I've asked my CEO to write one - but he has asked me to write the letter. I'm kind of stumped what to write? Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing

As there seem to be no published maximum loads for the saddle loops on a Brooks, can I assume that it'll take the 10kg the bag is supposed to?
hmmmmm... Maybe not.
Looks like you can only do definitive dates rather then a fixed period away from the initial event.
