Is there a Condor thread, in the style of the Look etc. 'one make' gatherings?
-
• #56629
That does seem to have some general Condor chat, but it's 'unofficial' and not well used. Perhaps Condor owners don't feel the need to have a hub.
-

Yeah, it seems to have had some other Condor stuff merged into it so there probably isn't anything better.
A lot of the 'marque' threads seem to have been started quite recently though, apart from the Look one. There wasn't a Colnago thread until quite recently. So maybe a new general Condor thread is justified.

I was only looking so I could spam it, I guess it's up to an actual owner to kick it off. TM?

What is good to do within the hours of roughly 3-8pm today in west london?
The girlfriend and I are going to one of those "jamie oliver cookery classes" in Notting Hill and I'm trying to think of a way to spend a few hours before..

^ Portobello road and its delights [markets, electric cinema] are in walking distance. Westfield if you like being subconsciously manipulated into parting with your hard earned cash. Museums around South Ken, take a stroll in Kensington Gardens (but don't get crushed by a tree). Holland Park is also nice. Skateboarder? Isn't there what used to be Bay66 for some ramps and stuff?

Yeah, they managed to get their act together to email us a copy the day of the legal limit.
However I don't know if it is or not - when one tenant changed they sent us another certificate for the total deposit in a different serial number and names, even though the deposit itself hadn't changed at all (we just swapped someone in and out). So to me that calls into question whether it's formally protected or not, if they can so easily "protect" another three grand..
If you have the certificate number you should be able to check with one of the schemes that it is protected properly. -

Dual air? Empty both chambers, put some pressure in the positive [top], measure stantion.
Solo air - put some pressure in and measure stantion.
Simplez.
But the air charts lie, to say the least.

• #56642
Thanks. Excuse my bad english, what exactly do you mean with stantion?

• #56643
Stanchion, I believe, is what Howard means.

But I might be wrong, I don't know much about this bouncy, muddy stuff.

My steel frame was written off. It looks no different to me but apparently it's outside the tolerances he reckons if I try to ride no hands it will go off to the left.
Can it be cold set and if so is it worth it?

Who knows about BB30 bearings? Mine seem to have seized up, to the point where it's nearly impossible to pedal.
I could post you some for free too
