Won't work. You need the spiral coil 'pipes' for Nokon that go under bar tape to add to the extension kit. You can get them separately special order from Germany but they're £8 ish a pair and long lead time .. I bought some about a while back to use with all the odd lengths of left over Nokon rather the buying another complete kit.
Choices I know of Ed are :
I- links
Nokon
Powercodz Swift
Aican BungarusI've only used the first two on that list and favour I-links. IMHO it's easiest to fit, gives a tighter bend and the anodising is better then Nokon.
Well bugger I order the short cable one, ah well.

Appolo's got a spare spd pedal, if it's the correct side then you don't need to think about it...

it's not like you ever see one WITHOUT horrendous BMX child-cranks on them... i fear you may be right.
Yup, ESBs have a mid BB.

Aren't the spiral sections brake cable outer with the covering removed?

Boots and Smiths in the airport both do.
Buy a Boots multipack. You'll get 6 for the price of 5 and discounted developing. -

No probs on either count.
My drummer often gets caught out in need of film at airports innit. -

I don't even know where to start asking "euph" as a response to this.

does anyone know where to buy small mirrors from? to use in making stuff, unfinished, various small sizes (glass) or the kind of plastic that can be cut in a normal way. cheap as possible.
4D modelshop have some bits and pieces and sheets but somewhat expensive. could trawl pound shops and remove the frames/holders, just wondered if there is some other obvious source that I can't think of. Are there any friendly glaziers that might have offcuts? -

Maybe, but they have end caps fitted, which I've never seen elsewhere.

52 / 36 semi compact rings from praxis would get you close. I thought you could replace the spider on the SISL cranks, independently of the other components - might be the way to go.
Praxis haven't OKed their chainrings with RED22, so I'll hold off for a bit. It makes me initially think 'it's a fucking chainring, it will work', but I'll leave it to Praxis themselves to decide that.
Can't be arsed to check from the phone, but you can check for yourself whether Stronglight CT2 comes in that fitment. Xxcycle in France is usually the best place to get them. As previously noted, though, a spider swap is the way to go.
Stronglight do them, aye. Thanks Testbro.
Yep - just change the spider. Plenty of people out there who'd swap a 130 for a 110. Spiders from the original SI cranks will fit, too, so there should be plenty around. I picked up a complete set - 2 road and 2 MTB from ebay for less than £100.
Or SRM / P2M etc.
Or SpiderRing.
Top answer, ta!

I have a 130 spider complete with 53/39 Cannondale rings in a rather fetching gold colour.
They are my spares for when my SRM goes back for a new battery but you are welcome to borrow them if you wish?
I chose a 110 bcd SRM and run 52/36 Praxxis rings, if that's on any interest.

I might take you up on that, actually! I've had my eye on some Q-rings, but any port in a compact-chainset-storm
