  • The idea is to make an "all weather" fast road bike, and given the British climate you are quite correct in that it's likely to get a lot more use than the "no rain" bike.

    A CAAD10 won't rust.

  • Can I run a road wheel converted to use a bolt on (hex) alxe at Herne hill?

  • yes

  • what tester said

  • What pooface said tester said.

  • Perfect, thanks guys.
That means it will be a lot easier to get a sub 1.7kg fixed wheelset for under £100.

  • A CAAD10 won't rust.

I've yet to see a CAAD10 with disc brakes

  • I've yet to see a fast road bike with disc brakes

    Good point well made.

You do know that just buying yet another new bike won't actually make you go out in all weathers, don't you?

  • I never ride any of my bikes anyway, so that won't make a difference

  • It's not cheating if she kissed me without telling me is it?

  • As long as you stopped her and told her what the deal is, no? Tbh, imo there is no definition for 'cheating'; it only matters what the agreements are (spoken or not) between you and the other involved parties.

  • Where did she kiss you?

  • What pooface tester said.

That's not a nice thing to says to tester.

  • Where did she kiss you?

Don't think a kiss on the cheek count.

Nah, she just ran off giggling while I stood there like wtf.

    Where did she kiss you?

    Lips.

  • Lips.

    Better luck next time.

  • It's a good starting point snotter...

  • pirate bay proxy plz?

  • Nah, she just ran off giggling while I stood there like wtf.

I don't think "cheating" is something a child need to worry about.

  • Not really loving the road bike I've just built up. Realistically, it's too small for me. Do I:

A - Sell the frame, wait and buy a bigger frame and still maybe not like gears
B - Sell whole bike, buy Pistofski's frame and build up a fixed TT bike.

Definitely leaning towards B right now, especially as that's the cheaper option.

Edit - Said frame. £220 posted if anyone's interested ;)

  • Sell frame, buy bigger one.

    How is it too small?

  • 1cm above minimum insertion on a 350mm seat post and too much saddle to bar drop even with a big stack of spacers

  • B, go B.
