The Pinnacle Californium would be a better bet, as it's noticably lighter and cheaper at 12.8kg, come with £50 free accessories which is a good deal;

does the whole £50 have to go on racks and spacers or can i use it on anything? :]

anything*, since the Pinnacle come with a basic, I reckon all you need is just a decent lightset, rest optional (cheapest alu rack will do).
*We couldn't find a T&C regarding this deal, so I reckon you'll be fine using discounted item on it.

14kg is the weight of two bicycles.
Or four of your bikes. We're talking about step-through bikes with mudguards, baskets, and internal hubs, though. There's only so much weight that can be shaved off in these circumstances, and normal people don't have your obsession with the scales.

Thomson X4 is one of the few which exist. Just move a spacer or two and get a Taiwanese net-shape forged stem in ±6°
Easton EA90 is available in 0°, similar price to a Thomson but made the right way.

My cousin wants a bike a she's really got into Boris bikes. She pretty much wants a Boris bike of her own, and step through, mudguards, internal gears and a basket. Only problem is that she's 6'3" does anyone make a bigger ladies bike that isn't one of those very heavy gas pipe Dutch bikes?
We've got one of these at work, it's pretty heavy but fits the bill in most other respects. Basket, mudguards, big wheels and sturdiness normally rule out lightness.
Charge Hob Threes look decent though, check them out.
