I have an HP t5325 thin client (running HP OS, a version of Ubuntu, I think). Does anyone know if flash player can be run on it, and, if so, how?
Functions well as a browser, but is limited by its inability to play media -

Can anyone identify the model of these campy pedals?

Once wrapped and packed for postage how much does a set of rims weigh.
Need to source some quotes for postage and can't access the rims in question.
Cheers.
Depends on the rims innit?
Look online for technical specs (which should tell you the weight) and then weigh packaging, add the two together, bingo!
Cheers. Hadn't thought of that.
Deep V's = ~520g + RM standard pacel to UK = £4.41
IRD cadence = ~465g + RM standard pacel to UK = £4.41^ so basically what rim it is makes no difference in price.
Anyone know what the rough weight of a wrapped set of rims comes to within 100g or so?
Cheers.
Oh and fwiw, yes squirting is just pee.

Jokes. To coroborate the above I found this forum, and the way it starts it reads just like lfgss.
Oh lord. The easiest thing would be to do a search on the topic. There are a crapload of them.

Has anybody else found that Italian threaded BBs unscrew themselves through use?
-
• #3639
Depends what are you using it for.
-
• #3640
Why would the thread size be relevant?
-
• #3641
Regular commuting. I've been riding my new bike for less than a week, and the BB has unscrewed twice, just by regular riding on roads. Just checked Sheldon, and he reckons this is a common occurrence with Italian BBs. Well, he's right.

Why would the thread size be relevant?
It's not size, it's the thread's direction I think...
Use loctite. -
• #3643
It is the thread direction - according to Sheldon, they're 'prone to problems due to the right-threaded fixed cup, which tends to unscrew itself in use'. That's exactly what's happening. Loctite it will have to be.

By the way, TS, what BB you've got there? Do you use proper tools?
I bought a proper Park Tool Campagnolo one which you can use with BBs like Veloce (with notches). You can borrow it if you want. -
• #3645
Unsure of the type in this bike, to be honest - bought it complete. Full City bikes have been reinstalling it for me - seen them twice in two days now, unfortunately. I know on my other bike I've got a Centaur on an English frame and I don't have this problem, so Campagnolo must make exclusively English threaded BBs now, right?

just wondering what it is after seeing/feeling it happen.
Only saw in in teh "movies" before. -
• #3647
Anyway, the squirting saga is more interesting...
-
• #3648
Yes Italian bottom brackets can unscrew themselves. You either have to torq the crap out of it (Reen method) or locktite it (my method)
-
• #3649
Sumo, what is the exact method for Locktite?

^ there is a really good summary by someone on here (retro de corsa?). The problem is I think its in the body of a thread possibly not directly linked to the title.......
