Volt meter.
- a realistic load, as open circuit voltage of a cell is more or less constant regardless of charge

Aren't tmobile/orange on a different frequency to voda/o2? I know they were a while back is that still so?
Would the 3G/4G repeater work for all networks? Thinking that if I wish to change network at a later date this one would make more sense.

If its a small battery say button or aa, c d never found that the load made much difference?. From experience If the battery is below its stated voltage eg 1.5v it needs replacing.

Think its something that you would have to get confirmed and I'd test it too. Just in case.

Is it still like that with 3g and upcoming 4g? Have no idea.

Yes, but a cell with an open circuit voltage equal to specification might also need replacing, so just getting 1.5V on a meter with no load is not definitive, even if getting 1.2V on a similar test is.

I considered a mini-essay here about battery capacity over its lifetime, related with load.
Then I decided I'd rather drink a beer.

A question for Dammit mainly
What's the best way of removing an old gloss paint from the windows and frosted glass (doors etc.)? Someone previously painted the whole flat with a skill of an ape.
Anyone knows someone who'd help to redecorate a 2 bed maisonette and how much roughly I'd have to pay without materials (labour only)?

I'd probably ask Absurdbird and WVM!
If it was me I'd use Nitromors on the glass and (possibly) a hot air gun on the woodwork.
I'd normally just use a scraper/razor blade on the glass, but being frosted that might be an issue.
I might just slop Nitromors everwhere though, and see how it gets on.
Mind you, how large an area are we talking here?

They all use those frequencies + 3G ones

Why do component manufacturers find it o difficult to tell you the specifications of their products. I don't care what I can fit in it I want to know how big it is.

If you have to measure it to know how big it is, the chances are it will fit anywhere you get the opportunity to put it.

Hows the glass frosted? Need a hand, can wield a roller.

What's better guys
SRAM omnium track crank
Or FSA carbon track crank -

Peanut butter is better than both combined.

It's textured.
I think I'll need more than a hand since I can't do anything for longer than 10 mins without pain. Either have to hire someone cheap, ask a charity if any help's available or get a loan from DWP or credit union. -

Bollocks to that. I'm more than happy to lend a hand too next weekend.

Appreciated. I'll make a separate thread for that once I get the paint and beers. No pressure, though.

I like both cranks but I prefer the FSA cranks better.
What's USE chainring tester? 1 1/8?

NM... Le google showed me a more expensive chainring than the all carbon fibrelyte
Volt meter.
