  • Not needed, I don't think you even have to declare your use at the dopage any more
    https://www.ukad.org.uk/forms/declaration/

What is ephedrine excluded from the ban list?

  • As from 1 January 2011 a declaration of use is no longer required for the substances and routes of administration listed below:

    salbutamol and salmeterol by inhalation
    glucocorticosteroids by inhalation
    glucocorticosteroids administered by localised injection
platelet-derived preparations (e.g. platelet rich plasma, "blood spinning") by non-intramuscular routes.
    Athletes are reminded that:

A Therapeutic Use Exemption is still required for
    glucocorticosteroids administered by oral, intravenous, intramuscular or rectal routes;
    other inhaled beta-2 agonists (namely terbutaline and formoterol);
all other substances listed on the Prohibited List.
Topical preparations (e.g. eye drops, nasal sprays, creams, & ointments) containing a glucocorticosteroid are not prohibited and DO NOT require a TUE.

Ah, you're talking about asthma stuff

  • 91 pages of violations?!?!

  • None yet, that's the problem. I would love to have a club record. Willesden have been around since 1884 ffs! Nice to have a bit of history with such an old club ya know before I bugger off back to Oz and (even more) obscurity.

  • Willesden is one of Londons biggest clubs I believe, word is only four members are actually from Willesden ? :-D

  • I'm a paid up member and I have a skinsuit to prove it. :)

  • I'm not from Willesden though.. is anyone?

  • Lol if you have the skinsuit it must be serious :-D

  • Yeah four members lol

  • The fucked part is, I only got the skinsuit coz they'd run out of extra fat jerseys! ffs

  • Also a CS Grupetto member. Split loyalties hurts my brain.

  • I'd ask Wayne what I should do but I think he's biased..

have willesden skinsuit, race in grupetto kit. hmm?

  • Espresso Martini... what options do I have if I have no vermouth and no um.. everything else.

Have espresso.. what else can I use?

You'd have to cycle to Worlds End - it's moreish, though.

  • Done a few Audax events with willesden CC. Organiser was Liz Creese. Started from Ruislip I think ?

Sometimes the Willesden lot come up north to do some real hill stuff :-D

My last two races have been in the WCC skinsuit. Both were PBs.

That flappy grumpy kit was obviously slowing me down*!

    *lies

You know Willesden peeps? Willy Warmer and Little Willy are what cross my mind. Early season audax that I almost did this year. Can't get my head around not racing (and lack of signs/directions!)

Willesden doing hills? Nah, you must be thinking of another club haha

  • grumps chosen solely because it was flattering for the figure then?
(no idea what the willesden kit looks like, but I believe that to be the easy joke to make. lazy, sorry.)

Camden? This time of night? Pass.
Heard it's not so good for you too. I'll just stick with solvents and alcohol..

Like I said, split loyalties. I rode for Willesden first but obviously BDW's kit design is unbeatable so for the 24 and 12 where a skinsuit is less important I wore Grupetto kit.
I have Gladys and Wayne hassling me from both clubs! Oh and don't even go to the Rolla connection.. shit.. won the club HC in their kit..

  • not enough peeps wearing the rolla kit atm :(

  • I like the Rolla top coz it's my only full zip. Means I don't have to ask some poor bastard to help pin a number on :)

  • Yeah Ive done a bit with Willesden. All Audax though. Not racing. Cant remember Liz Creeze other halfs name ? Nice people. Put me up for the night before the event next day.

Be being a northerner got lost in London twice . Once going to Ruislip and once on the return :-D

Im having a year of audaxing after 8 years. Going to do a season of TT and a 24 TT I reckon ?
