So, it's a bad question because it assumes that there is something about the age and origin of the man which will give a strong lead as to his view of homosexuality. What you really want to know is whether this particular elderly West Indian man will both know that he should keep the matter secret, and then do so even under pressure from some particular established east end gangsters. I would suggest that you are uniquely placed to guess at the answer, since you know all the parties and also know (which you could tell us, but haven't) how the man has reacted so far to catching you in flagrante.

Or you might just be using the AQA thread to test write a scenario for some work of gay porn, in which case I guess it turns out that the elderly West Indian and the established east end gangsters all turn out to be queer and various couplings are played out in succeeding scenes.

Whether he is "Gay friendly" or not is totally down to his personality. It is also irrelevant. I don't think he going to start talking about it. Because mature men know that gossiping is best left to their wives.

On a more serious note I need some help trying to find some training.

New company has some enthusiastic advertising people who know nothing about software or software project management. I need to find some sort of "Software Project Management" fundamentals course. I can find all of the PRINCE2 bollocks but what I really need is more of a "Dummies" course, not formal project management but more the principles of how to roll out software.

Suggestions/ideas appreciated.

One issue is that a conversation will often go like this:

Me- we can deliver this circuit in 65 working days
Client- so that's just over two months- awesome!
Me- Sorry, working days- that's around three and a half months

Later:

Client- the guy said they can have it installed in 6.5 days- so basically just over a week
Clients boss- place the order, start giving them biblical shit on day 7 if they have not got the circuit in by then- laywers, threats of violence, the whole thing
