Where's the floor?!

Resto project. Floor is in garage and towbar so bike rack will go on. Im still not sure if i am going to sell it i want to do it up and go on holiday.

Does anyone know If a jubliee clip will work on gear cables as a bracket/stopper? As i dont have one on my frame where the cable would go into.

Probably not. You might be able to bodge something up but you'd be better off getting some proper clamps. With a jubilee clip you could easily squeeze the outer, clamping the cable inside.

You can use cable ties at a push, never jubilee clips; they are way too heavy duty. Of course why use cable ties when you can use cheap cable clips as oz points out

My lbs guy is a bit inept, he cant work on bikes with dule gear/brake levers and said he was going to see if he can put a jubilee clip on.
