Anybody got a 26mm quill stem? Just got some new bars and my current ones to small. On a bit of a budget..

We have a few at Bike Links, alternatively try Matt at the Dandy Horse, he's got a few boxes of odds and ends there too. Mark's probably got some too!

Doesn't matter, what are you waiting for!?

Thankfully it's not my size. I've convinced myself that I have to buy a bike that fits me if/when I splash some cash!

I've decided that I'm going to save up and build a semi decent commuter rather than having pieces of shit that I have to fix 3 times on my 6 minute cycle to work..

Aha, yeah, that sounds like a good idea. I think the only other bike I want now is an aluminium track bike, or a massive full susser for riding down mountains etc, but I think that time in my life has passed.

• #1317
Doms got a set of Halos for £30. Rear needs some love, but they are cheap.

Did you have something similar at Bicycle Links a while back?
-
• #1325
As far as I'm aware we still have it, and it's now built up into a full bike and looking pretty lovely, not as nice condition as that one though.
Do it
