alu road frames

Ha, dream on. But in seriousness, no, i'm afraid alu is something we rarely see, let alone in road frames your size. Best we could do is 531, but anything road-y sells pretty fast, as you'd expect. Sorry chap.

nooo, I'm definitely keeping it. I just fancy a road bike as well, feel like taking some longer rides on something a bit more comfortable. I'd build up the falcon but It'd probably be a tad too small for longer journeys and the raleighs are pretty knackered

Ah I see. I went out on my road bike the other day and it felt really weird, freewheeling just felt like something was broken, probably would be more comfy for anything over like 20 miles though.

^ I've changed the freewheel on my Genesis and went out for a ride SS yesterday. I agree it feels broken and I was surprised how much I was relying on the flywheel effect to turn the pedals when approaching junctions.

I think most of all it shows how inefficiently I used to ride. Coasting now feels completely counter-intuiative, and that can only be a good thing for my legs!

Anyone have a 3/32 130bcd chainring? Not too bothered on condition or teeth (46 would be ideal but whatever you've got really) as long as it's 3/32 130bcd!
