I'd been thinking of buying a bluray player and/or a WD live box.

Will probably just hold out for this now. But I too hope it plays 360 games.

I'll be keeping an eye on it. It would need to play 360 games, and I'd want either a new better Kinect, or my current one to work with it.

Watched a friend play Dishonoured the other day. Seemed pretty bad imo. Maybe its better to play than regard.

Whilst the game is a little fiddly and clunky at times it's still awesome as it is just the same as the original board game. Griff Oberwald has scored a lot of touchdowns for me

Or if valve made a stand alone console, which has been on the rumour mill and spoken about by Valve in the past.

Bought Ridge Racer Unbounded, as it's the only modern racing game that has a track editor (aside from Trackmania, which I have already). I knew that it was no longer like the Ridge Racer of old (which I absolutely loved) and decided to give it a chance anyway as it got quite a lot of good reviews. Also it was £8 in the Steam sale with all DLC included.

Thanks to whoever pointed out that Dark Souls was on offer, it is amazing. I've not really considered myself a gamer for quite a while, but grabbed D3 when it came out, but this is just so much better. Thinking about buying it on steam again, just to not have to faf around with an external drive.

Indeed, still play Ridge Racer Type 4, I think it was the first game I remember having a really, really awesome soundtrack.

Though I did just buy NFS: Most Wanted in the Origin sale. The 2012 Criterion one, not the 2005(?) one. It's basically Burnout Paradise 2

Steam sales are awesome. I pretty much wait for every game in the sale now.
