  • I'm enjoying Hitman Absolution. Certainly doesn't feel too much unlike the previous ones.

  • Speaking of Hitman played my first way through Blood Money over the Christmas period. Fantastic game, really had me hooked, story line is good too.

Will give absolution a go before long too. Although now I'm back at work I'd imagine I won't be playing too many games again :(

  • Bring back Freeman!

Actually download Black Mesa, you'll be baked in the excellent remake of the original Half Life.

It won Mod of the Year 2012 as well.

    THE FREEMAN: Half-Life Film - YouTube[/ame]

  • ^that about sums up HL. (Apart from Gordon Freeman talking)

So who would play Gordon Freeman in a half life movie? (Elguapo perhaps?)
    G-man would be Ray Liotta,

I love this, it's just all kinds of ace.

On the YouTube comment, they said it would be better if Gordon just hand him his Black Mesa ID bag instead of saying his name.

I think it's more of a shock as Gordon have been quite quiet for decades.

    Gary Oldman!

  • im playing halflife for the 1st time ever, its awesome most of my friends are playing farcry 3

  • Totally back into Trials Evolution after a mate showed me the multiplayer stuff! Amazing quickfire gaming.

  • Been hammering Jurassic Park Builder on the iPad the last couple of months, it's pretty basic stuff but it appeals to the world builder/XP whore in me, got a standing policy to spend where needed, rather than hoard cash, which never feels as good as you think it will.

RE; XP whores, Trials Evo multiplayer is good for that, I've levelled up to 14 in two sessions

  • Perfect, Blu-ray, I'm quite happy with my old 360, only missing the Blu-ray.

  • It isn't old yet Ed!

Can't really see myself getting one to be honest. I really enjoy the xbox but this thing will probably cost £500 if not more.

  • no chance. £300 tops.

  • Really?

  • Yeah they can't price themselves too high. It almost killed the PS3 at launch

  • Awesome. Hate to give Microsoft credit for anything, but the 360 has been the best thing to happen to console gaming since the NES.

  • It isn't old yet Ed!

If you still can play new Xbox games on the old white 360, then it is old.

  • the 360 was £280 at launch for the premium. Which isn't that bad. I understand the need to price it well too, since this will probably be the number one Christmas present. But reading that spec it looks as though it'll pack a lot.

Ha I've still got the white one too, on my original too.

    Alas I'm on Mac.

Play Portal 1 and 2 while you wait, Portal 2 have reference to Ep3.

Will check out portal though. Currently enjoying Walking Dead game, despite it giving me zombie dreams.

  • if it's anything like the previous one, they'll likely to release a budget version.

  • As long as it plays 360 games I'm happy, fancy an upgrade anyway, my machine's a bit loud and looks a bit consoley

  • mine sounds like a flippin hovercraft when the game disk spins up.

was tempted to replace it with a new one but will wait for the replacement model now.
