  • Let's see if there's any fire left in this thread.

    not fat

  • I agree, but they are not the size that convention usually allows to appear in the popular press.
And I'd bum all of them, even the pasty one...

  • Yes, and many have just laughed at you for that.

Well, there are only about three of us here so I'm not sure who you're referring to. This ship is sinking, I'm off.

  • Im glad he's gone... chauvanist.

I'm extremely partial to my girlfriend if you must know.

  • Those are all strong women

    how do you know?

  • ........ you're just a fool.

FOOL [noun] - a weak-minded or idiotic person.

Nope. Not guilty. Maybe someone else. But really, weak-minded...me? C'mon, pull the other one.

  • @ga2g:

Jesus, fvck knows why I'm even responding to your moronic drone.

So you can use google, and type. Clearly I was mistaken...............

  • I'd kick a skinny guy's butt all the way down the length of Oxford Street, and back again. I'd rather be "lardy" then "wimpish".

I'd love to lie in bed with her, and talk about all sorts, like the war in Iraq, what the hoy-poloy of showbiz are really like, and her childhood.

By the way, Beth, if you are reading this, or your PA is, call me. Its your chance to have a caramel macchiato baby. Or just try out a black guy. Go on.....who's going to know?

To me, skinny reminds me of skeletons.

Oh yes, I rarely fantacize, and, I agree that Halle Berry is boring. ;)

I'm older than you, and revel in my grey-flecks, and the worldly wisdom it brings. Mock on.

I do admit that I find skinniness to be abhorent. Sorry.

redheads (let's get it right FFS), are like molotov cocktails to my testosterone levels. Unicorn impression....ON!

Lily Cole has clearly been half-starved by hate-filled parents, her red hair makes up somewhat for her ribs almost being an exo-skeleton.
Me, her, and a tub of something greasy. Yes indeed. I guess I must be the weird one eh?

My guess, and its only a guess, is that Ditto has failed to be how others wished she were (fit), and maybe because she's tried and failed at dieting and exercising, she's showing her rebellion. A sort of "I can never be slim, so world you'll just have to be forced to accept me, warts and all", is what I think it is. I understand that sort of defensive persona very well, and her ballsy attitude is probably a front for someone that wished originally that she were fitter, but gave up, and will now MAKE people deal with her as she is.

I like that Beth alot. Not for a shag per se (wouldn't rule it out though, and I'd do Lfgss very proud),

Yes I can tell you why, and that is because Beth is allowed the Sexy Tax Allowance, which more than makes up for her weight.

Beth is coming to London actually. You want her to sit on you, or me first? Go on, if you type it really quietly, nobody will ever know.

You know you want to. You do. You do want to. Suits you sir.

Stand in line Balki, it will be a long wait. ;)

Have to watch out for Tynan, as he's lined up one of her fatfolds, thereby sneakily manouervering around...and wham.

My Blackberry has over 650 and contacts, only a handful are business contacts. The rest are friends and family.

Let's not talk about who I really cannot have. Its a wasted mahogony. :(

I stuck that last bit in to ward off frightening Bendixs. You can never be too careful.

    Bit late

  • Im glad he's gone... chauvanist.

You tickle me Balki (sorry, forgot my phone and wallet) [smiley vacant face]

  • how do you know?

I suppose there are different types of strength, and not all require a weight-lifting test in a gym.

Normally, those who look strong, are. It doesn't mean that they will appear in Olympic events though.

  • Bit late

Only 3 of us on here you said Superprecise?? I knew better.

Glad you were keeping score Bendix. At least I wasn't rude to anyone.

  • I suppose there are different types of strength, and not all require a weight-lifting test in a gym.

So the need to strip to their under crackers revealing their fine figures (they are no way fat) to make a point larger women should be accepted (being they are not large anyway) is a sign of great strength???

I would love my woman for being strong enough to get on with her life and not feel the need to join a weak advertisting campaign, as she loves who she is and doesn't feel the need to make a public point.

These seek attention, getting that confused with strength is fatal big man.

Also worth bearing in mind skinny women are not always in love with their body, some hate their lack of curves - piping up putting them down is as bad as others here stating they don't find obese women sexy... just a thought...

  • those who look strong, are.

    Google? Wikipedia? or made-up rubbish?

  • Scott, I clarified the jibe about Lily in a later post.

As for the "skinny" population....aren't they the ones that everyone is told to emulate? Doctors and all health professionals, all media, especially newspapers, give a daily account for fatties to digest, that there lives are wrong, and they should be a certain weight.

But if those weight limits are to be adhered to, then everyone would be a Medium size (if we go by clothing), and that is incredible to most big people.

The skinnies should be secure enough in that fact that society holds them up and loves them. They are the trendy, and the fit. Scott, if I say I find bigness far more attractive than skinniness, then I am the exception to the rule. So how can my tiny opinion have an effect?

I haven't bought a newspaper today yet, but I bet at least one, will be telling fat people that they are horrible (..........in comparison.......to people that are slim). Its tiresome, and truthfully Scott, I don't buy into it.

I do believe that fat can be attractive. And to me, and to others I know, it is. Not dangerous obesity. Thats tragic. But I maintain, that not only skinny should be the benchmark of attractiveness.

I apologise to anyone slim, that has felt attacked by me, in what I have written. I really mean that.

When I was growing up, I remember seeing famine appeals on TV, and those emaciated bodies made me feel not too well. I'm pretty sure that that experience has had a permanent effect on me. Maybe in entirely the wrong way.

  • Pistanator? I'm shocked. I didn't know you were capable. Those are all strong women, so.....respect.

    ;)

What on earth are you on about, do you know them personally, because otherwise thats just an assumption, not a fact.
For the record I find all of them attractive as well (apart from the blonde one), but their attractiveness or looks offer absolutely next to no insight into their personalities.

  • ..............Also worth bearing in mind skinny women are not always in love with their body, some hate their lack of curves - piping up putting them down is as bad as others here stating they don't find obese women sexy... just a thought...

Greasy, this is very true. I have at times written fast, and not thought through every permutation of how my reply might be taken. Your point is important, and I will make sure I take more time to think this sort of thing through first. Appreciated.

  • obesity IS dangerous(reminds me of...skeletons?), but anyway, the apology is appreciated.

  • What on earth are you on about, do you know them personally, because otherwise thats just an assumption, not a fact.

CJ, did you not see the smiley-face? It was all in jest.

What on earth are YOU on about?

And your leap into the dark, about personalities, makes me think that you feel women should be addressed as personalities, instead of objects.
Who in this world thinks differently to that??!!

  • No worries Granville, sticking up vociferously for those large ladies who are not-fashionable and not catered for in magazines/charts/shops can come across as being against the skinny women, but skinny women have no natural supporters, they more often than not resemble teenage boys – asexual sticks!

At least the big women are and have been seen as sexual throughout history and by other races. I prefer curvy women to stick thin women, but curvy is a different make up to fat. Caribbean women are big, smooth and curvy like a cider jar, strong and healthy! White American fat people are lardy wobbly – it is a display of ill health, laziness and poor nutrition.
That blubber fat is in no way sexy, why would you fall for un-healthy, un-happy, low motivated, energy less food hover. So I guess the argument isn’t about size but fat mass.
    Big is beautiful, fat isn’t

  • Moving away from looks (what the majority of this thread has been about):

Excess weight was significantly associated with an increased risk of rapid cartilage loss. For a one-unit increase in BMI, the odds of rapid cartilage loss increased by 11 percent. No other demographic factors—including age, sex and ethnicity—were associated with rapid cartilage loss.
"As obesity is one of the few established risk factors for osteoarthritis, it is not surprising that obesity may also precede and predict rapid cartilage loss," Dr. Roemer said. "Weight loss is probably the most important factor to slow disease progression."

  • @Scott - well said for a skinny man
    ;)

    ;)

Why are you shocked? I don't mind a big unit
