Great event, I wasn't expecting to see so many spectators or so many great costumes this surely has to become an anual event.
Well done all involved.

Where did you finish Joe? ;)
Face down in the gutter outside the Prince Regent... As per usual... ;P

do you mean the rhythm section? pump it don't jump it. or manual it if you have skilz.
Rob told me this after the event. My approach of hitting it at speed then placing my faith in a higher authority didn't seem to work too well, especially when I crashed there (my right hand brake lever got caught under the tape and I continued whilst the bike stayed put. In my head it looked like a horse refusing to jump a fence!).
You live and learn. I nailed it on the last lap, which enabled me to be in a position to jump a Brixton Cycles rider on the run to the line to move up from 10th to 9th.

Big up to the Rollapaluza crew for sorting this out and to everyone involved. Definitely one for the calendar next year.
Well done to all the forumengers who got out there and gave it some! RESPECT!
Good races, good music, good people. Top night.
I got to have a go on the rollers too. 25.95 - not too shabby for a first go... Was narrowly beaten by Bad Matt. Next time...
Only complaint is the cider, then beer, then vodka ran out... Luckily I had my hipflask of brandy :-) And I think there was a re-load of vodka too.

The worst part about the cider running out was that Jaygesus told me this before my race started. The promise of a pint of Chucklehead post race was a major part of my motivation!

Clive. Before you consider what you're going to buy Camilla for Christmas, you may want to have a good look at this photo;
We can discuss your mounting technique later. :p

that was a funny night. and the racing was fast! not too much carnage from my spot either. only disappointment was there being no beer left after marshalling for a couple of hours!

andyp, thanks for that. Camilla is yet to awaken but when she does she had better have that Childline number handy.
Also, my face looks more gruesome than most of those masks.
Nhatt. Thanks. If Camilla survives my wrath, she might be interested ;o)

Was an amazing event as both a competitor and audience...felt like a little slice of the lowlands relocated to London albeit with a halloween theme. Thanks to everyone who made it happen

ah, sounds amazing! wish I could have been there but the Track World Cup in Manchester was really amazing too...wimmin ftw, women's pursuit final = amazing (Wendy Hougenaval overtaking whichever poor soul was riding against her), women's points final = super amazing (Lizzie Armitstead being incredible)
less mud than muddy hell though, which was disappointing.

i was in the go-race, it was a lot harder than i was expecting! the start was absolutely crucial, i started quite far back, and it was so hard to move up through the field!
just checked the results - 12 minute first lap!!!
thanks to all the marshalls and organisers, that was so much fun! need to go get a CX bike now..

P.S. I need someone from a BMX background to show me how to ride the Hurdy Gurdy. My crash there was pathetic!
Come to the Rollapaluza CX coached sessions then!

31st. With a broken Singleator. Hell yeah. Im satisfied with that. That was such a good evening. Next time Ill try and arrive more than 15 minutes before the start of the race. Now I want a CX bike..
Thanks to everyone at Rollapaluza for all their work, especially the volunteers who made that happen, and to everyone I heard shouting encouragement as I came through the beer tent. And thanks Oliver for the ride home.
Where did you finish Joe? ;)
