  • ^^ What Sumo said. Instantly liked the new website more.

  • New site looks great. Took me aaages to figure out why I couldn't buy something before. Bet they got a ton of emails asking about that!

  • getting the new S2 when it's out. Can't wait. My old raleigh has served me well as an intro to SS riding, but I definitely need a frame that is my size

  • has anyone managed to buy anything on the new website - it's probably me but once i've done add to cart and click secure checkout it just throws me out to frontpage again - thought the thing i want must be out of stock so tried with a few different items but same result..?

  • I just tried it, once I selected Secure Checkout it took me to Checkout Method... where it prompts to sign up as a New Customer or sign in as an Existing Customer.

Have you tried clearing your browsers cache?

  • cheers that didn't work but UT guy changed me onto firefox which seemed to fix it !

  • anyone know what email is best to email about the custom frames?

I emailed sales@ and didnt get a reply and went in after work today and the guy told me im best emailing the shop as they deal with it at the factory or something, so now im confused.

  • I've used sales@tokyofixed.co.uk a few times, they always seem pretty quick getting back to me but once or twice there was a delay ~ I think the chaps that were in the workshop had a day off or were at a race or similar.

  • This? sales@tokyofixed.co.uk

They make take a bit to reply, usually you should be able to talk to one of the guy, like Jammy for example as he'll know what to do.

  • cool sent more detail to sales@

  • They said to me that they'd got a bit ahead of themselves with the website and that they hadn't actually got the custom program together yet

  • Just ordered some bits from Tokyo Fixed.

Fast delivery. Good customer service. Always happy with the service I get from them.

PM jammy and go to the shop

  • The guy in the shop upstairs and downstairs told me just to email though?

jammys bike was in but i didnt see him about

  • PM jammy and go to the shop

I would advised you not to go around telling people they should email business stuff to someone's personal account.

We've been really busy with the new website and a few other projects, but the custom program is motoring away happily. We've chosen the Dart and the Road Rocket as base frame for people to customize and spec up, but feel free to get in contact with us for any special orders.

Sorry about this dude, it got slightly lost in the confusion. Hopefully everything is back on track now, we've got your ideas and Jammy is going to get in touch asap.

I would advised you not to go around telling people they should email business stuff to someone's personal account.

I'm sure Jammy wouldn't mind, but emailing sales@tokyofixed.co.uk or PMing me will definitely get you through. Popping in to the shop can get a bit fractious for custom orders because other customers are always milling around, but anyone in the store should be happy to help get your ideas down and start everything moving.

  • All sorted now yes cheers Morgan :)

or pm edscoble he works in evans

  • Like people have never done that before.

  • how does it make you feel when they do it?

  • I don't mind, I just rather they address it during my working hours than my personal hours.

  • ^ arent they the same thing?

  • anyone know for sure which size Dart this is?

    http://48x17.com/en/shopfront/2013/01/24/english-tokyo-fixed-dart-build-2/

Pretty sure its 48 or 50 but not sure which

  • i've fallen in love with the S2 since seeing Tim Pulleyn's at the Restrap event.

  • His is an S1 i think?
